Extremely well equipped, lovely setting and friendly owners

A lovely cottage, wonderfully equipped in a beautiful location. A fabulous bath to relax in after either a costal walk or a walk up St. Agnes Beacon, which was very much appreciated during a wet and windy New Year stay. The fresh bread and the owners local honey was amazing! A fabulous stay.

A gorgeous and well equipped cottage in a wonderful location. The beautiful garden makes this a very special place to stay. Nearby St Agnes has to be one of the loveliest villages in Cornwall with a thriving community and a great selection of pubs. We loved exploring all the beaches along this stretch of coast. Highly recommend and hope to return.

For us, St Agnes ranks as the most desirable of all places to stay in Cornwall and Stargazy Skies is the jewel in its crown. Being able to reach Chapel Porth, St Agnes Beacon, St Agnes Head, Wheal Coates and Towanroath, Trevaunance Cove and the village of St Agnes on foot made for blissful, car-free, life-affirming days. Further afield, places as far apart as Cape Cornwall and Lanhydrock House were easy to reach and current roadworks at Chyverton Cross will make journey times even shorter. As for our lovely, kind and friendly hosts, Jo and Neil, they have made Stargazy Skies into a veritable sanctuary, one with its very own beautiful sun-trap of a garden! Special mention must also go to their offer of delicious loaves and home-made jam. These treats were all much appreciated - and consumed with undignified speed and great enjoyment.

Wonderfully equipped cottage with very attractive sunny garden - one of the nicest of a holiday let we have stayed at. The owners who live next door were very hospitable and helpful and along with the fantastic location, this made it a very memorable holiday. We don't usually come back to a holiday let a second time but hopefully this will be the exception.

We had a great six night stay in this cosy, well equipped accommodation. Enjoyed the lovely coastal scenery on walks from the door and short drives to and coastal walks from Porthtowan and Portreath. Lucky with mostly fine weather and some hot sun. Plenty of birds to be seen, swallows flying over the garden and skylarks singing in the adjacent fields. Spotted 44 different species including chough, cuckoo and red kite on the cliffs. Jo and Neil were very pleasant and we enjoyed the homemade bread and flowers from the garden on the dining table. We hoped to buy some honey but will have to return as unfortunately they'd sold out.

Stargazy Skies is a lovely and well equipped cottage in a beautiful area. We can’t wait to come back!

The location between St Agnes Beacon and Costal Path is perfect for walks (with or without our dog). St. Agnes is around the corner and offers all the facilities required for care, is also a beautiful and authentic small coastal town. Parranporth in the immediate vicinity offers at low tide a worth seeing wide beaches. Neil and Jo are very sympathetic friendly hosts, we spent 2 wonderful and relaxing weeks.

This is a great property for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful garden and access to walking from the door. Really nice owners too, friendly but not intrusive. Perfect!

We have had a fantastic week in this beautiful location. The coastal walks and beaches are superb. Jo and Neil have been first class hosts who obviously take great pride in providing comfortable and clean accommodation.

Very comfortable and cute cottage. The garden was so pretty and private. We were lucky with the weather so used it every day. Great location, so peaceful, near amazing beaches and St Agnes. Even had a tea rooms in 2 minute walk. Lovely welcome of fresh bread from the owners.

The cottage is delightful and the owners have thought of everything for visitors comfort. Couldn't have wished for a better cottage to stay to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary.

Fantastic, well equipped place, lovely owners and great reception including milk, bread, tea etc and even some of their own honey. Will definitely recommend the company and this particular cottage and location. Also Chapel Porth must be one of the best beaches in the uk especially at low tide when it is vast.

We had a lovely stay at Stargazy Skies. The property was lovely and clean, and extremely comfortable. The location of the property is great for visiting lots of wonderful places in Cornwall. We had lovely sunny weather, and did lots of stunning coastal walks.

We had the most amazing stay at Stargazy Skies. This was our belated Honeymoon from getting married in 2019 and it exceeded all expectations. The owners were lovely and available if we needed help. The cottage was well equipped and beautiful. Saint Agnes itself is a wonderful place and we truly did have the best time. Thank you Classic Cottages and Neil & Jo. We will never forget it and hope to return one day.

Wonderful cottage with easy access to the coastal path. Fantastic walks in either direction which are not too challenging. Facilities at Stargazy Skies are excellent, so comfortable we didn’t want to leave!

We had a lovely stay at Stargazy Skies Cottage. The location was perfect and the cottage was very well equipped with everything we required for our stay. There were lots of walks available from the doorstep and buses going further afield from St Agnes. Mr and Mrs Reed were lovely and on hand if we needed anything during our stay

We had a sparkling Week weather-wise, Accommodation-wise, Stargazing-wise and Cornwall was as lovely as ever-wise!

Stargazy is in a beautiful location with easy access to coastal path, St Agnes Beacon and the village of St Agnes. Great to be able to leave car parked up most days as we explored local area on foot. Cottage well equipped, comfortable and clean. Fresh bread provided on arrival.

Stargazy Skies is a gorgeous holiday cottage set in an absolutely stunning location. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you could need and there is a lovely paved area which is sheltered from the wind and catches the sun most of the day, great for outdoor living. We enjoy walking and there many delightful walks from the doorstep, beaches aplenty and St Agnes Beacon but a short stroll away (stunning sunsets from the summit!). It was one of those rare holidays for us where we walked more miles than we drove during the week. St Agnes has a good bakery, butchers and grocers. Jo and Neil are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We can't wait to return.....

A lovely little cottage, well equipped and close to lovely coastal walks. Within easy reach of all other Cornwalls beaches and other attractions.

Just spent a really lovely week at Stargazy Skies. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, tastefully and colourfully furnished and equipped, a really special place to spend time in. It was so relaxing and peaceful, cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom had a lovely big bath, perfect to soak in after a day walking the coastal path. There is a recently opened tea room on the main road and we enjoyed take away roast pork baps and homemade cake from there one day, all delicious. The cottage is a fabulous base for walking with the coastal path, Chapel Porth and St Agnes Beacon so close. The location was really super. We would love to return one day.

Stargazy Skies was utterly gorgeous! The cottage was very well appointed with beautifully coordinated, high quality appliances and all manner of household goods. It even had luxuries that we don't have at home, like a dishwasher. Neil and Jo had really thought of everything. Their freshly-baked, homemade bread was delicious and much appreciated as an evening treat shortly after we arrived.

A peaceful and quiet location midway between our favourite beach, Chapel Porth, and the village with its excellent shops and restaurants

Had a very relaxing week at Stargazy Skies. We had everything we needed there. Lovely coastal walks and stunning scenery and a 30 min walk to St Agnes.

We had a really lovely and relaxing break at Stargazy. The cottage is very cosy, comfortable, well furnished and had everything we needed. The area is beautiful, St Agnes is so nice and about a 30 mins or so walk from the cottage. The beaches nearby are also lovely. Highly recommended, we hope to visit again.

Situated surrounded by beautiful scenery and very close to the coast. History all around you - tin mine ruins.

We had another fantastic stay at Stargazy Skies. It was just as lovely as we remembered. The cottage is so cozy and well equipped and the owners are really welcoming. The location is stunning, with lots of lovely walks from the cottage, lots of nice places to eat close by, and lots to do in the local area.

This was our second visit to Stargazy Skies. Some five years on we found it to be as delightful and comfortable as our first visit. The cottage is in truly a wonderful setting with the beach at Chapel Porth only a mile's stroll away and the coastal path is nearby where there are remains of nostalgic buildings from tin mining overlooking the sea. Thank you for another wonderful holiday, we found it hard to leave!

The cottage is just as shown and described, and in a great location. It is comfortable and well-equipped, warm on cooler days, and with a private patio to sit out when it's sunny. I would definitely recommend it.

The cleanliness of Stargazy Skies is excellent with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Perfectly situated for walking, cycling, running or surfing. Super friendly owners always on hand to help out with local knowledge. Would not hesitate to come back, highly recommended.

An outstanding property which fully lives up to description

A classy, cosy, comfortable cottage that surpassed all our expectations. Perfectly situated for exploring the coastal footpaths of north west Cornwall and the lovely village of St Agnes offers a great range of restaurants, pubs and shops.

The interior decoration is lovely, the bathroom is spacious and well appointed especially for the size of the cottage. This is one of the most comfortable relaxing cottages we have stayed in. The welcome pot of tea and bread and jam was a nice touch too.

A truly beautiful little cottage, it was a shame that we could not stay for the whole week.

A wonderfully comfortable and beautifully decorated cottage, with a very well equipped kitchen. We were made very welcome and treated to homemade bread and jam on arrival with the fire set and ready to go! It's a great base to explore the surrounding area and access to local beaches and the coastal path is pretty much on the doorstep. Really hope we can come back soon. Thank you.

We were amazed by the quality of everything - furnishings, fittings and equipment. We loved the attention to detail and the care which the owners have taken to make the property so attractive and comfortable. Little touches like the bread and homemade jam also much appreciated.

The cottage was comfortable with a mix of contemporary and traditional styles in the dramatic setting where Poldark was filmed. It was perfect.

Jo and Neil were excellent hosts. They were friendly and their cottage was cosy with all the modern appliances!! We felt so at home! It was great coming back to a nice cosy cottage after our day of sightseeing and activities.

We have had an amazing week in Stargazy Skies. The cottage was cosy and comfortable. The owners were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. We loved being close to the coastal path and being able to walk to Chapel Porth beach - just beautiful!

Perfect break in a perfect cottage.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was the best equipped cottage we have stayed in and the owners went out of their way to make our stay comfor and special (with homemade bread and jam, garden flowers and a pot of tea on arrival. The finish of the cottage was exceptional and was equipped with the highest quality items. Little things like board games, DVDs and books, shows the thought that has gone in to making the cottage the perfect home from home. In a fantastic quiet location, of overwhelming beauty, that is perfect for walking along the coast and experiencing the history of the area. We cannot wait to return in future!

First class accommodation. Very clean and comfortable with great shower facilities. Lovely walks and scenery. St Agnes is a lovely town, good for shopping and restaurants. The cove is beautiful, well worth a visit. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

this cottage is perfect on arrival there was a loaf of freshly made bread and jam plus flowers lovely, spotlessly clean and well decorated, the owners made us very welcome, the cottage was very well equipped eg cling film foil, washing up liquid and tabs for dishwasher enough pots and pans too. peaceful and lovely views would highly recommend

We would recommend this property to anyone especially couples who like walking. The garden is great for enjoying taking of your boots and watching the world go by after your superb walk

An excellent cottage - we recommend unreservedly.

It was superbly appointed, equipped and located. The owners were helpful, friendly and accommodating without impeding on our time there whatsoever. For a quiet break away, with the coastal path on your doorstep, we couldn't have asked for more. We slept amazingly well in the very comfortable bed and truly felt relaxed at the end of our stay.

Really comfortable cottage and very well equipped. Roaring wood-burner, lovely double bed and an excellent shower. The Owners are very friendly and helpful and the cottage is an excellent base for exploring the South West Coast Path.

Stargazy Skies is a beautifully and thoughtfully decorated cottage with high standard of attention to detail. Freshly baked bread, jam and a lovely posy of flowers awaited our arrival! Lovely views of the sea along the winding road from the cottage which takes you right into the centre of St Agnes.

Local village has everything you need and two fabulous restaurants. Cottage lived up to our expectations and was very cosy and comfortable. Great costal walks close by and a perfect place to relax and unwind.

We had such a fabulous holiday staying at Stargazy Skies and were made to feel very welcome by owners Jo and Neil. Newly converted, this cottage has been exceptionally well thought out. Exquisitely appointed and tastefully decorated to combine Jo's flair for design and Neil's artistic talent, this holiday cottage is one you simply can't afford to miss out on. The cheerful decoration inside and the south facing patio scattered with lovely potted plants set the scene for your holiday. Only one mile and a 15 minute walk away is the delightful beach at Chapel Porth which is particularly lovely at low tide. The dramatic coastal path and walks over the Beacon surround the cottage with superb views to sample from almost every direction. St Agnes is easy walking distance away with some delightful little shops to meet all your immediate needs and a couple of very good restaurants, together with a small beach of it's own. Returning home to this light and cheerful cottage after a long day out is a real pleasure. A long soak in the deep bath and a wood burner to keep you cosy in the cooler months await you, making your holiday all the more enjoyable
