No 28 St Agnes
Tucked into a stunning and unspoilt spot on the north Cornish coast, St Agnes sits in both a designated Area of Outstanding Beauty (now known as National Landscapes) and a world heritage site and here you will find No 28 St Agnes, a fabulous holiday home for six lucky guests and it's dog-friendly too. Perfectly situated on the outskirts of the village, No 28 St Agnes has been lovingly restored to offer all on one level modern living at its very best with comfort and relaxation in mind.
Step in and discover the welcoming and vibrant kitchen and dining space. The fabulous kitchen has everything you might need for cooking up a breakfast feast or preparing a picnic to take with you to the beach. Perch at the breakfast-bar with your morning coffee and enjoy long, lazy lunches and sociable suppers at the dining-table. The sitting-room overlooking the garden is beautifully furnished, and you can easily imagine yourself unwinding here after a day exploring this special corner of Cornwall. Why not pour a glass of your favourite tipple and sink into the super comfy sofa, soak up the sea view and admire the colourful, stylish touches throughout your lovely haven. Just off the kitchen and through the utility area you'll discover a wonderful snug a perfect space for the children to go and play while the adults take a well-earned rest. Superfast WiFi is available along with a little office perfect for those that need to maintain contact with the outside world.
At the far end of No 28 St Agnes, you will find three lovely bedrooms all furnished with luxury linens and inviting beds, along with the family bathroom. Gorgeous bedroom one has a super comfy king-size bed where you can wake up to birdsong and swing open the patio doors and enjoy the perfect start to the day. You can walk down the steps and enjoy a coffee on the terrace or garden - what a blissful way to start your day. The contemporary family bathroom has a dreamy bath for a long soak after a day out and about, and a rain-head shower so you get the best of both worlds. Delightful bedroom two has another king-size bed and overlooks the pretty garden and bedroom three has twin beds which are perfect for our younger guests. There is an additional shower-room by the front door, just perfect for those days when you come in off the beach and need to wash away salty hair and sandy toes or paws!
The elevated garden and stepped terrace is bursting with life and has a far reaching view of the sea. The lovely owners have spent a considerable amount of time and effort dedicated to ensuring it is well-stocked with flowers, shrubs and bushes for year-round interest. However, do be aware that there are some spots that dogs are able to scurry through and escape the garden. In the evenings gather together on the terrace, pour everyone a glass of something sparkly, and sit back and relax. This is a truly special place.

Mr Claridge
Excellent property in great location. Wonderful facilities comfortable and everything you could need. Short walk to the friendly village which provides for all your needs. 5 minute walk to the brilliant surfing beach. A great place to stay.
Mr Clark
We stayed at the property 22/6 to 29/6. An extended family of 6 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs. It was perfect, the bungalow was large, really clean, well equipped and well spaced out. Really clean and amazing views from the rear garden. A short walk to all the pubs and restaurants in St. Agnes and perfect for exploring the rest of Cornwall by car. Miss it already and will definitely be back. Easily a 5 out of 5 rating.
Mrs Hall
We had a great stay at 28 St Agnes and were greeted with fresh scones and cream. These were delicious and just what we needed with a cup of tea after a pretty long journey! The property is well laid out and very easy to live in especially with a little one! The views were stunning looking over Trevaunce Cove. It is a short flat walk to the shops and longer to the beach, which can be walked, with parking close by. We made use of the charcoal BBQ and really appreciated the games that could be used and our grandad daughter loved listening to story books that had been left. The ‘play room’ is a great asset, plus TV, as this serves as a very useful room for children. The front and back gardens are great sun traps!
Mrs Clissold
Beautiful house in an ideal location. Bigger than expected with plenty of room for a family. Quality fittings and bedding with many unexpected extras. The view is beautiful overlooking the sea. Close enough to walk to the shops and amazing bakery. There is a steep climb from the beach to the house so be aware of this as the car park is very small and was always full. St Agnes is a charming place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Mr Lane
We had a wonderful stay at No.28 St.Agnes. The property was great and super comfortable beds in all rooms. The garden was lovely and you can see the sea and the dogs were very happy mooching. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were homemade scones for us on arrival. The beach was small but very nice but a very steep walk up and down! Lovely cafe and bar overlooking the beach .In the village there are a few shops. We had a lovely meal at the Tap House and would also recommend the bakery. Not that it was a problem for us but there was no X Box as described . Also the Sky package on the TV was quite minimal. Would definitely stay again.
Mrs Gillett
Spacious property, comfortable, dog friendly & ideally located. Would happily return.
Miss Heighton
Lovely week with a beautiful sea view the property had everything required for a relaxing holiday
Mr Coleman
This property exceeded our expectations regarding the immaculate interior and the excellent location close to the town. The only niggle I had was trying to use the oven and rings, but I got there eventually. This is our fourth time in St. Agnes and this is the best cottage yet. I am sure we will return again.
Mrs Savani
A wonderful location and dwelling. Great views and accessible to the local beach and local shops.
