With far reaching views over rolling fields and historic woodland, this fabulous barn conversion situated in north Cornwall is the perfect escape away from it all. With large floor to ceiling windows in most of the rooms, you are able to take full advantage of the bucolic setting. A sunny terrace runs the full length of the barn and huge garden that will delight young and old alike, and of course your four-legged friends, The Linney is just the tonic to bring things back into focus as you slide yourself gracefully into the country way of life.

Situated a short distance from the little village of St Tudy with its renowned gastro pub, and fabulous community shop, why not pop up in the morning to collect your fresh pastries? The popular north Cornish coast is the shortest of drives away and if it's moorland adventure that you desire, Bodmin Moor is also close at hand.

Sleeping six in style, it's the perfect spot to call home. The open plan living-room is the main event ensuring that time spent together will be high on the agenda. It's time to reconnect as you collectively cook your holiday meals in the kitchen, enjoy good food, chatter and laughter around the dining-table, and chilling out in front of the wood-burner, set in the most impressive of granite fireplaces, for an evening of board games, cards or holiday TV. On warmer days, fling open those patio doors that lead to your countryside paradise and indulge in meals served up from the barbecue from sunrise to sunset, ball games on the lawn or simply lounging in the sunshine, delighting at the bird and wildlife that might make an appearance. It's about lungfuls of fresh air and taking things at a slower pace - and what's wrong with that, you are on holiday after all.

Time for bed and after all that fresh air it won't take you long to doze off into the land of nod. Two bedrooms lead off from the living-room, set at the front of the barn, that wonderful view will be waiting to greet you when you wake up…bliss. The third sits separately off from the kitchen, ideal for those who want some privacy, with its own sheltered terrace it's the spot to sit out with that wake me up cuppa.
