Oh my, what a wonderful home this is, for family and friends to gather and create treasured holiday memories. With breathtaking sea views stretching out across the ocean, cliffs and coastline, this elegant Edwardian terrace enjoys a plum location in the picture-perfect village of Port Isaac.

Set over three storeys, there's a stylish new kitchen/breakfast-room in shades of white and blue to complement its coastal setting. That stunning view forms the backdrop in the sitting/dining-room, which gives you the perfect excuse for simply chilling out and relaxing. The bedrooms are set over the first and second floors, four with their own en suite facilities, perfect for large groups, and the bunk bedroom will delight younger members, with the usual debate as to who will get the top bunk! Older children will love the snug for catching up on some holiday TV, playing games or simply to give the adults a little more space. There is a cozy futon in the snug where you can catch up on holiday reading, however this is not for additional sleeping.

On sunny days, head out to the terrace to enjoy meals in the great outdoors or lounging in the garden with a good book and your pampered pooch by your side, for they are most welcome too.

Ms Moore

Beautiful cottage with everything you need including Wi-Fi, space, lovely beds, plenty of bathrooms, stunning views, wonderful kitchen, gracious service. We have stayed all over Cornwall but we have found our happy place at last. We will be back!

Mrs Smith

This is a perfect stay for any family or friends looking for a relaxed break. The house was clean and spacious with lovely decor the kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals. The lounge had the most beautiful view as did the front bedrooms. The area was perfect , just away from the busy town of port Isaac, and closer to a quiet bay which was beautiful, the walks are amazing, I cannot fault this lovely home and miss the views. We would definitely recommend this property, as we would love to return ourselves .

Mrs Mcgeary

Beautiful home, lovely location. Really couldn't fault it.

Mrs Foster

This is a fantastic property with breathtaking views in a brilliant location. We came with extended family and all loved it. The snug is ideal for kids to have some privacy/independence and all rooms are lovely with the front of house ones out of this world. Waking up to crashing waves in the morning was heaven. My family cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Mr Fricker

We were very pleased with our stay

Mrs Prager

A fantastic house hosting 11 of us over 3 floors. A large table in the dining area and further table in the kitchen. Lots of bathrooms/showers making it no problems to get ready. A bonus for the kids was the tv room! All the cookware and cutlery/cups/plates you could wish for! Brilliant views of the sea and a great location with just a few mins walk to the cove and local pub.

mrs MANNING

Lovely spacious town house, great location with amazing views of Port Gaverne.

Mr Østmo

Spacious and well equipped and with a wonderful sea view towards Tintagel. A beautiful location with 3 minute walking access to a good swimmable beach. Right on the coast path so great walking east or west. Close to Co-op and a short walk into Port Isaac, where there is a good range of eateries.

Mrs Webb

Classy and comfy, Seaward is a wonderful property to stay in with arguably one of the best views on the planet. The owners have thought of everything and Port Isaac does the rest. Highly recommend the St Kew Inn too - a great place to eat.

Miss Franks

Beautiful location, high level of soft furnishings. Disappointing double room - just a bed, too small to be used by two adults and no furniture except drawers! Lack of hanging room except in main rooms. Had a beautiful stay - would return. Stairs are very steep in and out and around house - be very careful if you have mobility issues.

Mrs Chadwick

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful cottage, amazing location and views. Cosy and warm but room to spread out for 11 of us staying. Communication excellent. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Mr Hutton

A wonderful property, furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need, set in a stunning location with amazing views.

Mrs Whiteing

This is a beautiful house in a lovely location and good for friends to share. Would just point out that the stairs are quite steep and might be challenging for those going up to the 2 top floor bedrooms. The property is well equipped although no cook’s knives if you want to prepare food. Beds and seating all very comfortable and the new kitchen works well generally. The owners have down a good job with renovations. Outside, the back garden is sloped so not so useful and it would be nice if there was a top deck to catch the sun, and better provision to sit in the front garden to make the most of the fabulous views. Port Isaac is a very pretty, very busy venue but several places for coffees / teas / drinks / meals. Would recommend the St Tudy Inn for a great Sunday roast and Trevathan Farm for good lunches. Polzeath Bay good for beach walks if you don’t fancy the cliff walks.

Mrs Halstead

Stylish and comfortable house with stunning sea views - ideal for families.

Mrs Hujber

100% recommendation! We had an excellent time in this cottage. Even more beautiful than on the pictures. Be aware: this village has very little mobile connectivity - perfect for digital detox ??. Thank you! We hope to come back soon.

Mr Jones

The position of Seaward is excellent, to wake up to that view every morning was heavenly. It’s also ideally situated as if you go left you’re in Port Isaac but if you turn right you’re in Port Gaverne which we loved! We did have a few niggles however as below: The pillows in the master bedroom (front bay window) need replacing they are flat. The bathrooms need updating, neither of us are particularly big people but the shower was very small and cramped to use, also mixer taps are a must for bathroom sinks. The number one thing that would improve the property is proper outdoor seating we were so jealous of our neighbours where a terrace had been built out at the front of the house and they had proper seating outside and a table, whereas we were sat on a very old uncomfortable bench. Also sun loungers for the back garden would of been amazing, the only seating in the back was directly outside the kitchen next to a very high wall and was not a pleasant place to sit and was mostly in the shade. We both felt if the bathrooms were updated and the outdoor seating addressed you could charge far more in high season.
