Ideally placed for exploring all the treasures north Cornwall has to offer and less than a mile from the pretty village of St Tudy, this wonderful barn conversion is ideal for family gatherings or friends getting together, whatever the season and whatever the occasion.

Lovingly presented, the open plan living-room is the social hub of the home where you will enjoy time cooking together, lingering over leisurely holiday meals or simply relaxing in front of the wood-burner.

Two sunny terrace areas will beckon you outside for morning coffee as you plan the day ahead or perhaps evening drinks, after an evening stroll along the lanes, as you catch the setting of the sun.

Mrs White

Beautiful Cottage, everything you can possibly need. Dog friendly garden.

Mrs McIntosh

Gorgeous cottage in fab location- easy access to all the main spots.

Ms Hulett

This property is a beautiful barn with a terrace off the master suite, patio with garden table and chairs and a small lawn. It is set in a quiet lane with mostly tractors as the only vehicles. There is a ford to cross which was under a foot deep when we were there. We didn’t have the best weather and appreciated the almost instantaneous heat when the thermostat was boosted. The showers were powerful. The master bed was very comfortable and we loved the French doors opening onto the terrace. Unfortunately we didn’t get to sit out……. We appreciated the generous welcome basket and welcome messages from the owner.

Ms Grundy

A lovely barn in a perfect position for all the places we wanted to visit.

Ms Guy

Beautiful property and great location, very peaceful and relaxing.

Mr Shroeder

What a charming property in a peaceful location. Immaculately clean & very well equipped. Nice outside areas & plenty room for parking. Very spacious. Our dogs loved the garden & greeting the friendly dogs next door at the fence! We didn’t have young children with us but there were plenty books & toys there for them. Loved the patio doors opening onto a terrace from the main bedroom. Beds were super comfy. We had a very pleasant stay & would love to return. Very close to Bodmin for shopping & beaches, Porthcothan is beautiful & Lanhydrock is worth a visit .All in all a great little find now on our favourites list. Thank you

Mrs Riseley

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. It was full of lots of really thoughtful touches and the hosts made themselves available should we need them. Made some special memories there and would happily go back.

Mrs Hilson

Lovely converted barn, furnished to a very high standard. Great open plan arrangement downstairs which was lovely as everyone was always together and we could chat. Bedrooms with ensuites were great and a lovely family bathroom for the other 2 rooms. There were 5 adults in our party and the house was plenty big enough. There are other houses in close proximity but you aren’t overlooked when in the garden. Our 2 dogs did manage to get out of the garden, so it’s not entirely secure. Wi-Fi is not the best. Even though I have raised a couple of negatives it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Mrs Sturgess

Manor Barn is one of the very best holiday homes we have used. We know the area very well and the barn is perfectly placed. Exceptionally well equipped for all the family from the 6 month old baby to us oldish grandparents! Toys, games, books - comfortable beds and excellent showers. The kitchen has every facility possible. Beautifully quiet and lovely outdoor sitting areas. The cottage was spotless with most welcome goodies for us to enjoy. It’s fabulous

Mr Finn

Would highly recommend Classic cottages who were always helpful, efficient and easy to deal with. This was our first booking with Classic cottages but it will not be our last.

Mr Moore

Manor Barn is a beautiful house nested away in the countryside north of Wadebridge. It's perfect for families to get away from the hustle and bustle and share quality time together in complete comfort. Ideal for exploring everything the north Cornish coastline has to offer.

Mr staveley

We found this haven for our October week away and it was exceptional in every respect. Wonderful location, comfortable and very clean with generously equipped workable kitchen and living space. Would stay again and would highly recommend. Owner was responsive but not intrusive - just the place to unwind and recharge the batteries!

Mr Lindley

Manor Barn is a lovely house to spend a holiday. It’s lovely inside, very well equipped and decorated. Beautiful open plan living area and kitchen. Despite a lot of rain it did not detract from looking forward to returning to the barn at the end of the day. Very peaceful location. Village shop well worth a visit. Serves as a cafe and library as well. St Tudy Inn serves lovely food. St Kew Inn also close. In Rock there is the Blue Tomato and Paul Ainsworths Mariners. Both of which we highly recommend. Easy to get to the coast or inland. About 40 mins to St Austell. Very good value and very good service by Classic Cottages. Highly recommended.

Mrs SMITH

Beautiful accommodation lovely quiet setting. Perfect !!

Ms Redman

A beautiful, spacious and comfortable cottage. Well-equipped and in a lovely location, I would thoroughly recommend it. There were lots of thoughtful touches and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated.

Mr Tivey

Manor Barn was a perfect base to spend a weeks holiday in North Cornwall with loads of great walking nearby - location is really good for getting out to the coast and it’s wonderful sandy beaches and for heading inland to Bodmin to enjoy the likes of Lanhydrock (National Trust), Cardinham Woods (Forestry England), Golitha Falls, Siblyback Lake and much more. The property itself is very spacious, cosy and comfortable, well equipped, very clean and having a number of super friendly country pubs within a short drive. Our favourites were The Red Lion at St Kew Highway, The St Mabyn Inn, The Quarrymen and The St Tudy Inn - good food choices, dog friendly and very welcoming! Had some great breakfasts at The St Kew Farm Shop, The Merrymoor Inn by the beach at Mawgan Porth and Lazy Days Cafe at Port Isaac. Special dinner treat at Caffe Rojano in Padstow! In summary a fab week for our party of 6 adults and our dog - couldn’t leave without a visit to Rock Gin business just by the Ford at the bottom of the lane, purchases to enjoy at a later date and again worth checking out!

Ms Benham

we very much enjoyed our stay at Manor Barn which was very comfortable, clean and well-located for exploring North and Mid-Cornwall.

Mr Wharton

Hi , stayed at Manor Barn from 24/9/22 for 7 days. A delightful barn conversion in a very quiet part of the countryside. Barn has every comfort you could look for however it is a car drive to everywhere unless you like walking steep hills. Would definitely recommend this barn and area for some peace and quiet.

Mrs Jones

Family of six adults and one small child enjoyed a comfortable stay at Manor Barn. The accommodation suited our needs and was very well equipped for dining at home and BBQing in the garden on warmer evenings. The rural location was great for cycling and walking.

Dr Weatherburn

Beautiful and peaceful location. Modern and clean interior. Great welcome provisions - scones, jam, clotted cream, milk etc. Good position for exploring North Cornwall.

Mr Colville

Overall Manor Barn was a very comfortable place to stay, which I would be happy to recommend and would be happy to stay at again.

Mrs Hume

Manor Barn is a beautiful place in a quiet location within reach of all the lovely coastal villages and attractions that Cornwall has to offer. The Barn is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic week...

Mrs Overs

The cottage has been furnished in very good taste and good quality. The lounge is really comfortable and perfect for a group of 8 to sit together. There are lovely outlooks from the windows. Very comfortable beds and very efficient showers.

Mrs Constable

Excellent property. Well equipped and very comfortable. Everything has been very well thought out and the hosts were very welcoming.

Mr Grainger

A lovely comfy holiday house in an excellent location. House is extremely well equipped especially the kitchen. In easy reach of the many north coast beaches.

Mr Tomlinson

A fantastic cottage nicely placed to access the north coast of Cornwall. Well equipped and very much child friendly with a good selection of toys and baby gate. Open plan layout downstairs really aids a family holiday as you can cook, eat and play all in view at the same time. Great places to eat and drink close by, check out the gin distillery down the hill and St Tudy Inn up.

Mrs Dalzell

Manor Barn is a great place to stay with every amenity a family or large group would need. Wadebridge 10 minutes drive away provided all our shopping needs and the coast is less than 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay again

Mr Bourne

Manor Barn is a great cottage in a good location. We try and visit the south west at least once a year and this is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The owners have created a lovely home. Hope to stay again.

Mrs Anderson

Absolutely beautiful place. It really did feel like a home from home. I always take stuff with me but didn’t need to use It as it was so well equipped. Our daughters who have small children were very impressed by the extra equipment that was there. Baby monitor. High chair etc. Garden and patio area were a great hit with everyone. Plenty a running around space for children and the dog. Very nice decor and the beds were very comfortable. Towels and bed linen lovely. Plenty of space for us all 6 adults, 2 children and 2 babies. We would go again but we need more beds next time!! We have no hesitation at all in recommending Manor Barn.

Mr. Benson

Hard to leave only a 2 star rating on this property, the owner did their very best to help us for which we were very thankful for. However, having paid over £2,000 for a weeks holiday where we felt unwelcome by the neighbours and having to restrain both grandchildren & our equally well behaved, dogs was extremely disappointing. A great shame.

Mrs Jefcut

A well resourced cottage in a very good location with excellent access to all of the beautiful coastline that North Cornwall has to offer.

Mrs Steel

Overall, this cottage is fine for 4 adults and maybe a child or two. It is far smaller downstairs than it looks in photos. It is fine in the winter months but the garden is very overlooked if you're someone who wants to bbq with the family. It has a great location though and the local pub is fantastic for a special night out. The beds are comfy but the sofas certainly are not. The kitchen is well equipt but not a wardrobe to be found in the house if you're one for hanging your things away. Lots of parking available and WIFI fine. A bit overpriced after comparing many other cottages over the years and needs a little TLC but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Mrs Elliott

Had a fabulous two week stay in Manor Barn. Would definitely recommend this property for location and peaceful setting. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack which was gratefully received after a long journey from Kent. Manor Barn is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay even to the delivery of change of towels and bedding after the first week. Wifi worked well, plenty of room to park the two cars we brought and dog friendly which is a must as our Cairn Terrorist goes everywhere with us. All in all we can thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely be re-booking in the future.

Dr. Kalies

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our holiday in your wonderful home.

Ms Endacott

We had a lovely stay at Manor Barn, despite typical four-seasons-in-a-day British weather. The barn was very comfortable and a nice base for exploring both coast and countryside. We very much enjoyed the cream tea on arrival too!

Mrs Peters

Perfect for 2 families and dog friendly too. Light, modern, airy and beautifully decorated. Would love to go back in the summer and make use of the lovely garden and outside space. A real find.

Mr Parker

The cottage offered a great space for a family Christmas celebration

Ms Endacott

Our second stay at Manor Barn and we had another lovely week exploring the local area. The house is warm and welcoming, with all the mod cons to make our stay a comfortable one. It’s a fantastic semi-rural location too - not too far from beaches and attractions.

Mr Pearce

Stayed at loads of cottages - have to say you are best site - maybe not the cheapest but it's about value. We were 4 adults,2 kids and 2 dogs. Main point is that this one would GENUINELY be fine for 6 adults plus the others mentioned. 4 WC's and a bath plus 2 showers. Loads of space downstairs etc. Would go back.

Dr Squires

A great base for a family holiday, an easy drive to fantastic beaches and to the sites of North Cornwall. Comfortable and stylish accommodation that we would be happy to return to.

Mrs Smith

The cottage was absolutely outstanding. So beautifully furnished and excellently equipped. The owners have a real idea for what a family would need and it’s a real home from home. They also have fantastic taste and an eye for detail. From the Cornish cream tea on arrival to the high quality bedding to the helpful hints in the manual - all ensured we had a blissful break in Cornwall. Thank you so much, we’ll be visiting again.

Mrs Hickey

We had a very happy and extremely comfy week in Manor Barn. The house has been beautifully appointed with everything one could need and perhaps most noteworthy - VERY comfy beds. The setting is charming with a small, mostly dog proof, sun trap garden and ample car parking. Located 10 mins from Wadebridge made getting anywhere on the north coast easy. We would thoroughly recommend Manor Barn as a wonderful base in north Cornwall.

Mr Moore

Manor Barn is wonderful hideaway in North Cornwall. It is in a beautiful location with good access to lots of interesting places along the coastline and inland. The property itself is a fabulous barn conversion with homely interior design / decor. Our family two fifty somethings, three grown up kids and a dog absolutely loved it.

Mrs Ellis

The cottage was tastefully decorated, the kitchen was fitted with all the modern conveniences and the lounge was equipped with all the entertainment needed on nights in. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Attention to detail was faultless.

Mr Green

A lovely property with pleasant views and garden and secure parking. If you are looking for peace and quiet this you will find here.
