A stylish, dog-friendly bolthole with far reaching views over the valley and the added luxury of a hot tub, what more could you want from your holiday? This special property is located less than three miles from the golden sands of Perranporth but is tucked away in a pretty rural location. The owners who live on site have beautifully furnished the property to ensure maximum relaxation.

Following verdant lanes to Valley View, you turn into the drive and are greeted by the most beautiful outlook. Step up into the property and you find yourself in the modern and stylish open plan living space. The sitting-area is located in the conservatory-area and looks out over the garden and wraparound terrace. There is a cosy wood-burner for those cooler evenings and on those balmy summer nights open the double doors to let the breeze flutter through.

Up three steps you will find the well-equipped kitchen with a fabulous island to sit around with a tasty meal catching up on the day's events.

The two bedrooms are located at each end of the property, the first bedroom at the far end of the property looks out over the valley - see if you can spot a buzzard rising on the thermals. This bedroom is next to the family shower-room which has a beautiful shower. The second bedroom is down two steps and next to the kitchen, this bedroom has handy 'zip and link' beds so can be set up as a twin or king bed. This bedroom has double doors that opens up to the patio so you can mooch out in your pyjamas with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. There is also a fun little snug which is perfect for little ones to snuggle up and watch their favourite film.

Outside at Valley View you have a lovely space which can be enjoyed by all the family and your dog too. The pretty garden has a wraparound terrace that catches the sun all day, enjoy breakfast in the mornings and then a sundowner on the outside sofa after a day on the beach. Once the sun goes down perhaps gaze at the stars in the hot tub. The owners have kindly shared their large sloped garden as a communal space, which is perfect for everyone to enjoy and is really rather special.

Mrs Hurst

Such a fantastic, last minute find. Comfortable, beautifully furnished with everything you could need plus the bonus of a hot tub. The owner went over and above to decorate and provide goodies for the Christmas week which made it really special for us. We will definitely go back!

Mrs Morrell

Great location to explore all the local area and beaches. The property itself is nicely decorated providing a very comfortable base with everything on hand and a very well equipped kitchen. The garden is a real sun trap even in late October! We all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day out and I even saw a deer out in the valley view - wonderful hosts and we would come again.

Mrs King

Beautiful accommodation located perfectly for North Cornwall coast. Large garden for exercising dogs and easy parking. Very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and great views from the conservatory. Lovely welcome basket and goodies in the fridge. We had a fantastic time staying there and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Mr Southerton

We had a wonderful week in Valley View. Gorgeous property with scenic views especially from the hot tub! Easy parking and close to many beaches and places to visit. Gorgeously decorated throughout and had everything we could’ve wanted for a perfect stay. Our two dogs had a wonderful holiday with us too. Definitely recommend.

Mrs Lloyd

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely position. It beat our expectations. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Would stay again. Great pub and local shop. Close to everything that matters on holiday.

Mr Drewitt

All lovely. Immaculate presentation. Great location with views. Comfy beds. Well maintained hot tub. Very friendly host who provided very welcome goodies on arrival. Thank you Stewart and Margaret.... we had a lovely week. Mark and Teresa.

Ms Caddick

We had a lovely stay in Valley View. The property is in a fabulous location situated between Newquay and Perranporth and 10 minutes away from Crantock beach, which is great for kids. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There was a lovely welcome pack with lots of treats and a card from the owners Margaret and Stew., which was lovely touch. The hot tub was an added bonus and was great after a day on the beach. Margaret and Stew are lovely, Margaret grew up in the area so is a font of knowledge when it comes to where to go and things to do. We loved it and will definitely be back for another visit.

Mrs Bicknell

We had a very relaxing and lovely stay at Valley View. Its a very quiet location , but close to lovely big beaches at Perranporth, dog friendly and good for surfing .And also Crantock beach ntrust, dog friendly and a small cafe. The owners are very helpfully if you need anything and left us lovely treats on arrival .It was great to be able to use the owners bigger garden with our dog too. We also loved the hot tub in the evenings, perfect for relaxing . We would love to stay again sometime. Thankyou.

Mrs Connors

The property itself is lovely, very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Nice shower room. It’s quite a rural location surrounded by fields and countryside and it’s about 3 miles from Perranporth. The small village of Goonhavern is about 15 minutes walk away where there is a shop and also a pub which seems very popular.
