Molly's Barn

We had a wonderful break at Molly's Barn. Owners were incredibly welcoming, amazing welcome basket, beautiful cottage and very well equipped, great location for exploring North Cornwall. In general exceeded all our expectations and we definitely want to stay again.

We loved our stay at Molly’s Barn. The cottage was clean and the hosts left loads of thoughtful touches. We had everything we needed for the week. Hot tub was great even though the weather wasn’t! The setting is wonderfully peaceful, although be aware the surrounding lanes are quite narrow. We would absolutely stay at Molly’s Barn again!

Great holiday home, really well equipped, had everything we needed and more. The hosts were lovely and checked in on our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The welcome pack of farm eggs and fresh strawberries and clotted cream, along with a little bottle of Cornish gin, biscuits and chocolates amongst others was one of the nicest welcome packs we have received. It was a beautiful and comfortable home from home for the week. We had stayed in many holiday cottages and this was by far the best. Wonderful location too. Just excellent!

We have been using classic cottages for over 15 years. There is so many to choose from gets a bit of a headache, so I’ll leave it up to the ladies (staff) I’ll tell them what my needs or what I want and they send me a list. It is that simple to book what else could you want a perfect service from the perfect website we have never regretted using classic cottages. I recommend it to everyone I meet and see but don’t take my word for it. Check it out for yourself.

A well positioned cottage to explore the many delights of Cornwall. A spacious cottage, ideal for families.

Our second visit to this lovely cottage. Very clean and high quality furnishings. The children enjoy playing in the field and the hot tub was great. The location is quiet so its very peaceful but the surrounding roads are very narrow if you have a larger car!

We had such a lovely stay at Mollys barn The owners couldn’t of been anymore accommodating. All the fine details and equipment you tend to forget to bring were all there ready to use and greatly appreciated. The use of the private paddock for dogs is so nice for us and the dogs to roam without worrying about if the dogs can get out. The house is very well furnished and up to date with a real homely feel. Looking at a map you look so far away from cornwalls popular beaches but your only 10 minutes from Bodmin and about an hours drive to most popular areas. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice family week or two away even our dogs had the best time!

Mollys Barn was in a lovely location quiet and peaceful and spotless ! Loved the hot tub which was also so clean and lovely in all weather ! Would love to stay again.

Beautiful cottage with added bonus of enclosed garden and dog field for dog owners. Well positioned for visits to Port Isaac, Bude, Boscastle, Bodmin and some lovely beaches not far away. Couldn’t have been catered for any better, as had everything and more in the cottage with luxury of hot tub too.

A lovely cottage, In a nice setting. Very clean and tidy. A playing field for our dog which is a bonus and keeps you off the small countryside roads.

Molly’s Barn exceeded our expectations, Mike and Jane provided every little comfort you can think of to make our stay a real home from home. The location is very peaceful and quiet but within a short drive of many attractions and the coast, the welcome treats for us and our little Cocker Spaniel were such a thoughtful touch, would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property and location

We spent a wonderful relaxing week at Molly's Barn. The peaceful location was wonderful to return to after days on the beaches.

This is a very lovely cottage with an extremely well equipped kitchen, lovely decoration and great jacuzzi.

Wonderful cottage in a quiet location, a great base to explore other parts of Cornwall from. Beautifully decorated and with a fab hot tub too! Our dog loved it too with his own paddock to run around in and plenty of long walks both locally and further afield (plenty of walking maps supplied). Well equipped kitchen - all you could need for self catering.

Lovely property in a remote location which is fabulous for star gazing at night, from the hot tub! We enjoyed our stay at Molly's Barn and enjoyed exploring the local area of Alturnun and Davidstow as well as heading further afield to Port Issac, Boscastle, Looe, Polperro and St Ives.

We had the most amazing time and would definitely return there or recommend to friends and family! Beautiful barn to stay in. It was in a perfect location to explore Cornwall.

We loved staying at Mollys Cottage. Its very comfortable with lovely views and located in a quiet part of Cornwall. Very good for dogs especially the nearby enclosed field where they can run around safely. Lots of lovely walks nearby on Bodmin Moor. We loved the hot tub too.

We were delighted with the cottage, the level of comfort and attention to detail made for a relaxed, happy stay. We also loved watching the gorgeous chickens pecking about outside our fence!

Liked Everything! Very picturesque setting, lovely modern barn conversion, hot tub, comfortable beds and on arrival food in the fridge and fresh eggs from the hens who live there, who could ask for more, perfect and we all wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful welcome pack, treats for everyone including the dog. Lovely touches with home grown fruit, veg & eggs. Comfortable cottage and fantastic to have safe enclosed field for dog and kids to run. The hot tub was a super place to relax after a day out and about. Very peaceful in the country, beautiful views and walks close by.

We loved our stay in Molly's barn, it is beautiful, stylish, cosy, comfortable and luxurious. The owners should be so proud of what they have achieved. Everything you could need for a self catering stay without tons of trips to the supermarket for basics- so thoughtful. We had a wonderful welcome pack with delicious eggs, cheese, cider, milk and dog treats as well as thoughtful touches like baby bath and talc. The hot tub is brilliant, patio safe and secure for the dog with a paddock for him to play in too. Such a special place to stay on holiday, we will without a doubt go back. Loved it!!

We have stayed in many cottages but Molly's Barn tops them all! A beautiful conversion and top quality furnishings. A truly lovely place to stay and the surroundings are stunning!! Enclosed garden for dogs is definitely enclosed which is a rarity I find on previous cottages we have had in the past. Beautiful landscaping around the cottage and the lovely free range eggs were amazing! Owners welcoming pack very generous thank you.

Just returned from our third stay at Mollys Barn. We can highly recommend this cottage . It is very comfortable, clean, well equiped & in a great location. Owners are friendly & helpful. Anyone booking this barn will not be disappointed.

Molly's barn is just beautiful. Everything is thought of and you want for nothing. Perfectly stocked kitchen right down to tea and coffee and even tinfoil and cling film! The little touches make the difference. They leave you a lovely welcome pack of local produce that is super scrummy and they even got my daughter a birthday card and magazine as we were away for her birthday. It's the little touches that make you want to return. Gorgeous furniture, cosy surroundings and beautiful location it's situated within easy reach of many an attraction and destination with something for everyone's tastes. Would love to return in the warmer months with friends or family in the cottage next door. Hot tub is a bonus! Jane and Mike let you know they are there if you need them but don't encroach on your personal space leaving you reassured but enjoying your holiday in peace. We can't wait to plan our next trip! You won't regret booking this one!

Lovely Cottage, home from home, comfortable and well equipped in a quiet location. After a long drive we had a lovely welcome from the owner's and the treats for both us and the children were a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

A stylish, modern and comfortable property - access to the enclosed field is a great bonus for dogs. The location feels immersed in rural Cornwall, and both the North and South coasts are a scenic, pleasant drive away. Owners are very friendly and helpful - comics/magazines left for the kids were an unexpected extra!

A very enjoyable stay at Molly's Barn. The cottage was cosy and private and set in a very peaceful location. The thoughtful welcome pack of local produce - butter, cheese, milk, eggs, cider, biscuits and chocolate were delicious and much appreciated. Even a bowl, blanket, towel and treats were provided for our dog. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Could not wish for more. The goodies that was provided and the reception we received from the owners was magnificent .although a little difficult to find at first it's well worth the effort . Highly recommend.Central for visiting both north coast and south coast of Cornwall.

We had a lovely stay and it was nice to have the owners nearby should we have needed anything. They were very welcoming and provided us with a nice welcome pack on arrival.

Jane and Mike are very friendly and welcoming hosts. The information provided on local interest and things to do in Cornwall are excellent and in much detail. The welcoming fresh groceries, like local milk, butter and cheese plus a nice bottle of wine and sweets were more anyone could expect. The Cabin has been beautifully restored and decorated with a lot of care. The many lovely and personal details make one feel at home rather than in a rental property. Mike has done a fanatastic job with the landscaping around the property. The Cottage is in a lovely rural setting but at the same time only a few minutes drive from the A 30, Launceston with all the big shops and very central to all the points of interest, like Bodmin Moor or the fantastic coast of northern Cornwall. All in all : wonderful!

Molly's Barn is decorated and furnished to a very high spec. We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful 5 days stay. It was a very comfortable homely cottage and we will definitely be back!

There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us, with a bone biscuit for our dog as well, which was a lovely touch. The secure field was an added bonus for play, and for exercising the dog. Overall, fabulous place to stay, and we hope to be back!!

It is a most beautiful cottage with every amenity you would want and more! Wonderful owners who gave so many little extras to make your stay so enjoyable.

Well presented and very clean cottage. Very impressed with the high quality oak finishings, chairs and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of games, books and some DVD's. Most of the games were brand new as we christened all of them! We had two BBQs on the new Weber which was very easy to use and clean. All in all ten out of ten!!
