Penmorfa
Choose this gorgeous, colonial-style beach house just yards from the enchanting sheltered cove at Cwm yr Eglws for your next break. Sitting above the hamlet, in a tranquil location, enjoy the never-ending sea views across Cwm yr Eglws, encompassing the derelict St Brynach's Church on the sea front, the rest was washed away in an enormous storm. The far-reaching views stretch across the dramatic Pembrokeshire coastline to Fishguard Bay, Newport and beyond. Stroll to the sandy, sheltered beach in minutes, soak up the sea air, rolling surf and the sound of the sea, where the rock pools are waiting to be explored.
Recently refurbished, the stylish furnishings, calming pastel blue hues and warm vibe are perfect for an unforgettable coastal getaway.
The light and airy open plan design creates the perfect space for fun family and friends get togethers. Relax in the sitting-room, taking in the ocean views. On chillier days take glorious time out in the glow of the cosy wood-burner. Sink into the large sofas and watch a movie together or play board games around the large dining-table, which overlooks the sea. This is the perfect spot to enjoy unhurried dinners after a day of exploring and splashing in the surf. Star gaze in the clear moonlit sky on the decked area just off the sitting-room. This is the irresistible place for holiday breakfasts or peaceful time out with a good book. The well-equipped kitchen has it all for tasty holiday meals or why not treat everyone to the many excellent eateries in the area. For fish and chips choose the Old Sailors Inn, almost on the beach at Pwllgwaelod. For the freshest local produce visit the farmers markets and farm shops in the area. Delicious milkshakes and fresh farm milk can be bought just up the road. Look out for the strawberry cow.
The well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable beds and quality linens for the perfect night's sleep. Tastefully furnished, there are two double rooms with king-size beds, a sweet twin room and a fourth room with a cabin bed (for children up to the age of 14 years old only), which are all close to the family bathroom and separate shower-room. As well as the decked area to the rear of the cottage, there is a large paved area to the front with garden furniture. A sun-trap for sun lovers.

Mr Wooldridge
Our party of seven had a relaxed and peaceful stay location for walking and beaches excellent. loved the feeling of living in the trees. we also enjoyed the clear sky at night for star gazing weather was kind, will have to stay again in the off season to experience some rough weather.

Penmorfa is in a beautiful location overlooking a stunning beach which is great for swimming, SUP and canoeing. We especially enjoyed sitting out the front of the house in the sunshine in the evening taking in the beautiful vista. The house is very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Sadly the Old Sailors Pub was rarely open but the pubs in Dinas Cross were friendly and the Chippy did amazing Fish and Chips. We had difficulty with the Internet when we were there, great if you want to get away from everything but not good if you have to work during your stay. Overall we had a brilliant week relaxing in the house and exploring a beautiful quiet part of West Wales
Miss Healy
Stunning location, spacious, light, airy and comfortable. It feels a bit like a tree house too, as it’s quite elevated; level with the tree canopy. It’s very quiet. Local people were friendly and helpful. Very close to two beaches and on the coast path. You can also walk up to Dinas Cross via a separate road to the one you drive down (so traffic free pretty much). The road to the car park from the main road is narrow, you need to be confident in reversing / pulling in. It does get busy as it’s a popular kayaking and walking venue. The last part of the road up to the property, from the car park is very steep, and could be a challenge for those with mobility or health issues, but it’s just a short and sharp incline on a corner near the top that’s tough.
