Cerigos is a delightful beach house, set in the scenic magical cove of Cwm yr Eglwys. This pet and family friendly favourite welcomes returning guests every year. Sleeping six, with sea views from almost every aspect, it's the perfect location for a fun filled seaside holiday.

After a day exploring Pembrokeshire's stunning beaches and heritage sites, relax in the quality and comfort that Cerigos offers - spacious living throughout, three bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms with charming touches reflecting its beautiful beachside location. Cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, which any keen chef will enjoy. From the kitchen there's easy access to the open plan diner and sitting-area, relax in the comfy corner sofa and for those chilly nights cosy up with a glass of your favourite tipple next to the wood-burner. There's a snug with sofa, two chairs, day bed and another wood-burner. Perfect for unwinding with a book, or for children to escape with a board game.

French doors open onto a pretty rear garden, providing ample outdoor seating to enjoy al fresco dining on warm nights. There's also a fire-pit for some together time whatever the weather, so don't forget the marshmallows!

The sandy beach at Cwm yr Eglwys is a stone's throw away, this idyllic sheltered cove is perfect for kayakers, paddle boarders and keen sailors who wish to explore this stunning coast from the water.

Customer reviews

Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mr Neathway

A large, modern and well equipped cottage in a stunning location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Loved it.

Ms Scott

A lovely place to stay in great location.

Mr. Turner

Cerigos is the most perfectly positioned property in Cwm-yr-eglwys. Depending on the weather it receives full sun in the morning, perfect for breakfast on the terrace and full sun in the afternoon to relax in the private garden. The cottage is equipped to the highest standard with everything one needs for a relaxing stay. It is a two minute stroll with a slight incline to the very safe beach where paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing from the rocks and swimming is popular. Our family have been using this property for the last seven years and intend to keep doing so.

Mr Owen

It was better than the photos. Best holiday cottage we have stayed in. A lot of thought has gone into refurbishing this lovely welsh cottage, well kitted out, lovely big areas and generously furnished. Ideal for all weather conditions! Brilliant kitchen

Miss Squires

Perfect location. Wonderful house with all the amenities you need. Would definitely return.

Mr. Turner

Cerigos is perfectly situated for anyone who enjoys walking, the beach, kayaking or paddle boarding. Or if one just likes lazing around whilst enjoying a good book then providing that the weather is kind the property benefits from sun in the morning on the terrace at the front of the property, perfect for breakfast, and in the afternoon at the rear of the property in the private garden, although I think that the latter may need a little TLC. If your party has more than one car be aware that there is only space for one at the property and although there is a small car park approximately 100 yards away there is a £5 per day charge and should one leave one's overnight space to go out one may find it very difficult to repark during busy periods. We have had wonderful family holidays at Cerigos staying for a week or two every year since 2018 so it goes without saying that we highly rate this property.

Mrs Myers

A fantastic cottage - like a home from home set in a quiet beautiful hamlet. Ideal for walkers, the Spring flowers were glorious. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. I go away every year for a spring walking holiday and this is one of the rare places I'd return to.

Mr Langley

This is a great property . Very spacious & clean. Liked the outdoor seating areas when it was warm enough to use them . The village is difficult to get to , down a very & ,in places, steep , lane. But this adds to the charm because it’s very quiet . Only a couple of hundred yards from the bay , is a stunning location . Property + location = arguably the best place we’ve ever stayed .

Mrs Taylor

Beautiful, peaceful location and such a spacious property, room for all of the family to relax. Lovely light kitchen and the flow of space works really well - and so close to the sea! Superb area for walking and wildlife, gorgeous views from the coast and hills inland.

Mrs Wilde

A perfect home for friends and all the family to relax (including the dog). We swam every day, even in September, and within minutes were under a hot shower. The garden is private and leads onto a path that takes you to the wheelchair-friendly route into Pwllgwaelod, perfect for a sunset drink at the Old Sailors pub. The photo of Cerigos doesn't do it or its position justice: it's magical.

Mrs Roberts

Lovely house in great location, but please note this is not a beach house. It is a short stroll to the beach and there are glimpses of the sea from the front windows over the rooftops and car park.

Mrs Carmichael

This house is in an amazing location in a beautiful, quiet area. It is very well equipped and has very spacious living space and a pleasant little garden which we enjoyed in the evening sun after our trips out. We had a lovely holiday here and would love to return.

Mrs Carter

We had a lovely stay at Cerigos. Lovely house. Fab location and area. Would definitely stay again

Ms Laughton

Excellent location with easy access to the beach - a gentle stroll. Very clean and well decorated with plenty of equipment Very generous downstairs space.

Ms Harper

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, very calm and relaxing.

Mrs Connor

What a brilliant location- 2 beaches within 2 mins and 10 mins walk. Wonderful places to walk with dog.

Mr Arnell

Just perfect, had a wonderful week!

Mrs. KOLGANOV

The best equipped house we've stayed in in cwm yr eglwys!

Miss Finch

Cerigos was the most amazing cottage in a heavenly location. We had the most idyllic break and would recommend this place for everyone. Perfect getaway
