This bijou cottage features two cosy single bedrooms, each with its own en suite, ensuring comfort and privacy. With a hot tub and fire-pit in the private garden and a shared games barn and fishing pond on the 30 acre estate you will have plenty to keep you amused.

As you arrive into the large quaint courtyard you will see the range of beautifully converted farm buildings at Home Farm Retreat, skilfully transformed into individual cottages. Fisherman's Den offers a well-designed open plan living space which includes a contemporary kitchen with breakfast island and a table for two sitting under a sloping ceiling. The living area has a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV, perfect for evenings in with your feet up watching a favourite film, providing a welcoming space to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Climb the stairs to the en suite bedrooms, both with a single bed, shower-room and lots of space for your holiday wardrobe. The bedrooms have sloping ceilings and the beautiful beams are low in the shower-rooms.

Outside, guests can enjoy the tranquil garden, accessed around the side of the cottage, which is equipped with a hot tub, a fire-pit and garden furniture, while away a few hours enjoying a soak in the hot tub, then preparing a sumptuous barbecue, maybe even using vegetables or herbs from the raised bed garden where you are free to pick whatever is in season. A small fishing pond invites you to bring your own rods for a leisurely fishing experience. You have your own EV charger and four-legged friends are more than welcome too. If you have a competitive spirit, why not step up to the oche for a game of darts with a state-of-the-art dart board or have a game of pool or table football in the games barn. You will also find lots of books and games for your enjoyment.

The surrounding 30 acres of woodland offers ample opportunities for peaceful walks and nature exploration. Found in the heart of the UK and close to the M1 (two miles away) and M6 motorways, whether you are a couple of friends on holiday, visiting for work purposes or looking to visit all this area has to offer, Fisherman's Den promises a memorable stay.

Guests have the option to indulge in the fabulous on-site spa facilities at the wellness centre, including Himalayan salt room, steam room, Swedish sauna, infrared dry sauna, plunge pool, ice machine, showers and changing rooms. Bookings can be made directly with the retreat manager during your stay (at cost) subject to availability.
