A truly welcoming holiday home awaits your stay, located in the pleasant village of Cotesbach in rural Leicestershire right in the heart of the Midlands. This three bedroom luxury holiday cottage is set in a courtyard of former farm buildings, all beautifully transformed into charming retreats.

Stepping into the cottage you are greeted by an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which is spacious and comfortable with original beams, and French doors leading out into the large garden, it is a perfect place for your small celebrations. The kitchen is very well-equipped and boasts a large central island which will delight any cook. The dining-table has room aplenty for everyone to gather and chat over the day's adventures. As the night draws in, cosy up on the large squishy sofas and enjoy a family film night, popcorn at the ready.

When the sun goes down and bedtime beckons there are two double bedrooms and one single for your comfort, all boasting en suite shower-rooms and all are on the ground floor so guests who prefer no stairs are well catered for.

One of the properties standout features is the large garden, just the place for children to let off steam, your four-legged friend to join in the fun or for rest and relaxation in the large hot tub. For those who like a spot of outdoor dining the fire-pit barbecue is just the thing. Located a few steps from the cottage is the shared games-room with table football, pool table and darts plus a quiet area with lots of books and games. The kitchen garden is a short stroll and has seasonal produce for you to pick and use. Whether staying for a long weekend or a week, or for pleasure or work, this is an ideal bolthole in pretty countryside. It is possible to integrate this lovely accommodation with a range of two and three bedroom lovingly renovated old farm buildings The Old Workshop (5556) Caigemdar (5557) Fisherman's Den (5558) and Lachlan's Barn( 5554) )

Guests have the option to indulge in the fabulous on-site spa facilities at the wellness centre, including Himalayan salt room, steam room, Swedish sauna, infrared dry sauna, plunge pool, ice machine, showers and changing rooms. Bookings can be made directly with the retreat manager during your stay (at cost) and subject to availability.
