What a view! The most perfect seascape vistas will be found from this pretty apartment in the heart of the traditional seaside village of Seaview. This quirky home-from-home is the ideal space for friends and family to base themselves from whilst exploring this beautiful corner of the Island.

Entering from the first floor communal hallway you will find a bunk room - great for kids - along with a handy WC. A few steps lead to the family bathroom and another small flight of stairs takes you to the kitchen. Here the chef of the group will be able to whip up some holiday treats. Along the corridor are the second and third bedrooms, the second bedroom overlooks the bay and the Solent - a fabulous view when you throw open the curtains in the morning. The third bedroom faces the front of the building and has a comfy bed to enjoy. Both bedrooms benefit from cosy goose down duvets.

At the end of the corridor the apartment opens up into a bright living space, the living area again shares the spectacular views of the sea and for those chillier nights there is a wood-burner. The dining-table has plenty of room for guests to enjoy some memorable holiday meals - a great space to share stories after a day's adventures. If you need to catch up on some emails there is a handy desk area - try not to get distracted by more of those views from the window.

A curved staircase - please be careful and use the rope handrail - leads to the last bedroom. This room again benefits from the views over the village and sea beyond; the window seat is the best place to enjoy these from. Please mind your head in this room as there is limited head height.

The most enviable spot in this apartment is found up the last flight of steps - these are very steep and narrow - however the climb is more than worth the effort. From here you can see for miles, spend those summer days and evenings soaking up the views and sun from the roof terrace or from the comfort of the sun-room with the doors pushed back. In the cooler months sit back and watch the changing of the weather or the night sky, a lovely way to end the day.
