Seaview is a much sought-after charming village on the east of the Isle of Wight, and Sugar Beach is perfectly situated just a stone's throw from the beach and a short stroll away from a good selection of eateries and shops in the village centre.

Part of a small collection of holiday properties called The Salterns, which sit in a horseshoe shape around a central communal grassed area, the beach is quite literally across the road with views over the Solent so whether you are looking for a bucket and spade holiday or to venture further afield, it is ideally located for all the Island has to offer.

All on one level, there's an open plan living space with kitchen, sitting-area and a handy foldaway dining-table. The kitchen area is small but perfectly formed with all you will need to cook a holiday meal and with a plethora of farm shops on the Island you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to fresh produce. The sitting-area has a comfy sofa and two armchairs, the perfect place to relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV after a busy beach day.

There are two bedrooms, a double room and a twin room with two-foot six-inch beds, suitable for children only. The shower-room has a walk-in shower, perfect for washing salty toes.

Outside, a lovely decked area is home to a corner sofa, the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book. A table and chairs allows for al fresco dining from dawn until dusk and a handy sun umbrella will keep the Island sunrays at bay. The deck overlooks a large communal grassed area and as a resident you are welcome to use this if you wish.

Welcome to island life, and welcome to Sugar Beach.

Mr Baldwin

In a quiet location perfect for a relaxed holiday . On the Isle of Wight nothing is too far away . Or you can just stay local and enjoy walks on the beach or the coastal path .

Mrs Parr

This hut is great to use a base for a holiday in Seaview. The location is good as it is up near the beach road so you are just a few minutes walk to the Yacht Club etc.. It's very small and basic but nice to have outside seating area.

Mrs Smith

Highly recommend this cosy chalet, very clean and comfortable. Good range of outdoor furniture, all we needed for a week’s break in the way of cooking facilities. Bed and lounge furniture very comfortable.

Mrs Little

We've booked many times with classic cottages all of them in seaview it's a lovely little village which is very accessible and there's plenty to do and look at.Love it!!

Miss Glover

Really good website

Mrs Ribeiro

It’s a lovely place to stay if you like to be near the sea.

Mrs Richens

Lovely quiet location with a sea view and excellent beach access. The only downside was the smell from the nature reserve it was a bit pongy on occasion.

Mrs Stone

maybe add that a hair dryer was supplied which was a relief as I have forgotten to bring my own.

Mrs Abbiss

Thankyou for a lovely holiday stay, everything we could want available at Sugar Beach, the outside area was lovely in the sunshine. Very comfortable and perfect size for 2 adults 2 children, with the beach just across the road can't wait to stay again.

Mr Anyinsah

I found Sugar Beach an excellent place to stay, peaceful and about a couple of miles to a superstore should you need to pick up foodstuff.

Mrs Grey

We found sugar beach immaculately clean...all needs catered for ...and lovely welcome pack ..as 80 plus we found the area around the bed difficult to manage as only a few inches each side and the bathroom was small with a step up to it ..toilet seat was loose ...and not much room to shower and dry ...outside area was well provided for and was peaceful and clean ...thank you ...
