Miss Houston

We had the best stay! Property was spotless and had everything you could need. The bedrooms were a brilliant size and the beds were very comfy with clean, white bedding. The BBQ was used alot in the beautiful garden. Lovely location, quiet, close to the seafront.

Mr Vetterlein

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Short walk to a beach. Large secluded garden.

Mrs Westwood

The house is beautifully presented, and has a very useful setup with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, and a bathroom on each floor - perfect for us as we had 3 generations all staying together. The garden is lovely, the patio area is a proper sun trap. Seaview itself is our favourite part of the island, we come back every year!

Mr Lewis

Excellent property but definitely not disabled friendly

Mr Howard

We found this property excellent.

Mr Hill

An excellent property, with easy access to Seagrove beach. Ample parking and large garden. The four Bedrooms are excellent in size. Wonderful walks with our dog on the beach, with coffee at Lily's cafe before returning. Seaview is about 15 minute walk to a couple of restaurants for evening meals that allow dogs. Take the coastal path. Need to book at the Old Fort, but Seaview hotel can be used without reservation. In all, a great peaceful week, with easy reach by car to most attractions.

Mr Cutmore

The property was lovely and in a great location. Nice and peaceful with a few minute walk to the local beaches down the lane. Nicely located for the attractions on the Isle of Wight with a lot of destinations only around 25-30 minute drive.

mr bradley

Very good location a 15minute walk to Seagrove bay which is great for families 3 minute drive to Seaview about the same to St Helens Also there is a local shop on main road which again is only a few minutes walk is very usefull

Mr Briggs

Very quiet location making an excellent base for touring the island with everything you need for a family holiday.

Mrs Maitland

The house was exceptional, inside and outside, excellent location for trips around the island, quiet location but still close to the beach. Very good restaurants in Seaview.

Mrs Rhys

Lovely and well equipped cottage. Kitchen cupboards well stocked, including washing liquid, etc. No need to take towels, always a bonus. Very comfortable beds. Welcome package left, including much needed tea, coffee and yummy biscuits, plus a pint of milk. It’s the extra little things that make the difference.

Mrs Clay

Great place to stay, good for adults and families. Plenty of equipment, storage and drawers. Hot water brilliant. In a good position with nearby shop that stocks about everything. Nice walks to the beaches. The old fort is a superb restaurant, and the Boat is as good but not got sea views. Great place, would happily recommend to all.

Mr Bond

A great holiday house for a large family, convenient position and so close to clean beaches.

Mrs Snary

Garsdon met all our needs for a family of 5 with access needs and a small dog. Large, secluded garden and plenty of parking. The location is quiet and very well placed for dog walks and only a short drive to lovely beaches and local convenience store. The Old Fort is a very good restaurant in Seaview, 4 miles away. Welcome pack on arrival was appreciated. Communication with Classic Cottages was excellent and they kept in touch to ensure all was well. Would recommend.

Ms Wigley

Property was in a lovely village. Nice quiet location with good sized garden. Can walk to the village and several beaches directly from it. Property was well equipped for self-catering. Only gripe was the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom, which should be replaced.

Mr Gorman

Ideally placed if you love spending time on the beach - Seagrove and Priory Bays are a short walk away. Garsdon is reasonably well-equipped and has a lovely garden. Patio area is a sun-trap throughout the day and the bedrooms/bathrooms are well-furnished, comfortable and clean. Living space would be cramped for a large family (5+).

ms Child

Lovely house. Comfortable, clean and on a quiet road.

Mrs Buisson

Quiet location with short, shaded walk to the beach and easy access to lots of places to visit. Lovely garden, ideal for our dog to enjoy too.

Miss Jeganathan

We had a wonderful stay at Garsdon. Property was well located and offered a great home from home. The garden was wonderful offering a great space to barbecue and very dog friendly. Nice quiet residential area with easy access to sea Grove Bay. Negative aspects were that we found alot of black dog hairs and toilet had not been cleaned properly which was disappointing. As a result we had to clean up the toilet on arrival. This was the only thing that let down the property down. Otherwise property highly recommended.

Mrs Holloway

Lovely house with everything we could possibly need. The garden is beautiful and a great size. Some amazing walks right on the doorstep here and we’ll definitely book again! Simply perfect in every way.

Mrs Lawrence

Large airy property. Excellent location. Overall clean but as a Christmas let kitchen needed some attention. Oven filthy and roasting tins unusable.

Mrs Low

Situation far exceeded expectations. A quiet rural setting with wonderful, exceedingly muddy, walks on the doorstep. It did rain a lot but nothing kept us in. We had a problem with an unlocked door which was quickly and efficiently sorted.

Dr Skinner

lovely cottage, great location, impeccably clean

Mr Sowden

Beautifully clean property in a private location. Only issue for us was the hardwood floors throughout the downstairs - our dog had a very bad fall immediately on entering the property and we had to buy rugs to carpet the place during our stay.

Mrs Saunders

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come and stay again.

Mrs Lewalter

Gardson was the perfect choice of holiday home for our family (4 children including a baby, and mother-in-law). Two bedrooms on the ground floor provided for a bit of separation and privacy for our mother-in-law and teenage son while we and the baby were upstairs in the master bedroom with the en suite, and the smaller children in the twin room next to us. The house, terrace and garden are large and were ideal. While we had a take the car down to Seaview as the walk was too far with the children and bags (the walk down to the nearest beach is a good 20 minutes), we were very quickly on the main roads to other attractions on the island. The location is very quiet but fairly close to the main road so you are quick to get on route to various places. It is also a very short walk to the little shop. This was our second time in Seaview as we all absolutely love this town - an absolute gem - and the perfect crabbing beach. It has become a firm favourite of our family and 4 children.

Mr Underwood

Nice cottage , good location , Great space, good facilities, We would happily book again

Mr Coulter

A very nice place to stay.

Mrs Rowley

Its a lovely cottage if it is only 2 or 8 persons it is spacious and very airy with the 2 bathrooms even better and lovely large garden ideal for Adults and children and very safe because the Garden is enclosed as long as you keep the Gate locked.

Mr Naylor

Fantastic cottage, big enough for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids in a superb location close to a cute beach and within easy strolling distance of Seaview. The only problem we had was the weather was too good (!) and there was little shade on the local beach!

Mr Burnett

Excellent property in a smashing location close to everywhere on the island especially the eastern half.

Mrs Hales

Excellent, well equipped cottage.

Mrs Pilling

A well presented and well equipped hoiday cottage within easy reach of a sandy beach.

Mrs Tennant

Lovely surprise to be so close to such a beautiful beach, ten minutes relaxing walk away. Excellent central location, vey close to coastal path. Reastaurants in Seaview super.Plenty to see and do around the island, something to suit everyone.(even a huge M&S in Newport!)
