This gorgeous first floor apartment in the heart of Seaview village is perfectly placed to reach everything within a few minutes' walk. The seafront is just around the corner, a popular place for swimming as the tide remains relatively high here all day and there are plenty of rock pools for crabbing. The delicatessen is nearby for your daily ice cream! There is no designated parking for Beggars Roost but there is unrestricted street parking nearby.

Upon entry there is a flight of stairs to the first floor where you will find the accommodation all on one level. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, all of which are a good size. The main bedroom has an en suite shower-room and there is a family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. The open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas is a light and spacious room, that has recently been beautifully refurbished by the new owners making Beggars Roost a wonderful holiday home.

A great stay in our favourite village

The property clearly states Wi-Fi. There was none and when this was flagged there was no action from the owners. The carpets were dirty. The oven had to be cleaned whilst we were there. I would not book this property again and would seriously consider using Classic Cottages again. Their response was good however the property/owner was not up to their usual standard. We were really disappointed given the expense/cost to stay there. Not great value for money at all.

Fabulous central Seaview location and perfect for our family of two adults and two teens with village shop, pub, deli and pizzeria less than two mins walk away. Very nicely decorated giving everyone space needed for a wonderful week ago by the sea.

Excellent location in the centre of Seaview…great for those who like an early morning swim before picking up a croissant for breakfast from the Community Shop opposite the flat!

Spacious property close to see front, well furnished, good lined. But oven not user friendly, TV not user friendly , lounge windows do not stay open, blinds need replacing.

Beggars Roost was simply superb!! We haven't had a holiday in three years and when arriving we were astounded to see that the accommodation was exactly as it was in the pictures - absolutely beautiful!!! We will definitely be booking through Classic Cottages again and possibly even going back to Beggars Roost :)
