Quiet Corner Cottage

Quiet Corner is a beautiful cottage down a private road. It is brilliantly equipped and a real ‘home away from home’. The garden is gorgeous and our dog was very happy! When parking, it is best to reverse down the lane which is very straightforward. We had a great break, had incredible weather and were very comfortable throughout our stay. Would book again without hesitation.

Great place to stay. Convenient for village shops and range of eating places, especially The Crab and Lobster. Comfortable and relaxing. Lovely garden too.

A lovely comfortable well equipped cottage. As befits its name, set in a quiet tucked away location, within walking distance to the village centre. The secure garden was great for the dog. This is the second time we have rented the cottage, we will definitely be back again.

Quiet corner is exactly that! It was so peaceful but very handy for the village of Bembridge itself. It’s very well laid out with all the comforts of home. It was handy to have parking at the property too and the garden is well kept and spacious. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at the Cottage. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, it was well equipped and with a secure garden for our dog to explore. Bembridge appeared quite a quiet community when we visited in April but there is a supermarket and places to eat within walking distance which was very important to us when choosing a location to stay. We ate at The Old Village Inn, The Birdham and The Crab and Lobster Inn all of which made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed their food.

Quiet Corner Cottage is lovely place to stay to spend a restful week relaxing in Bembridge and certainly lives up to its name!

The cottage is so popular that if you want specific dates you need to get your booking in a year in advance.

Great location - tucked away and very quiet yet local shops and Steyne Park recreation area easily accessible. A very comfortable property with some character and it felt warm, cosy and inviting during our stay in October. Well equipped with some welcoming touches to greet our arrival. The conservatory provided a useful extra sitting room on a fine day and we were impressed by the sizeable private garden. An excellent holiday cottage loved by the whole family!

This is a lovely cottage situated in a Quiet corner of Bembridge! The garden is an oasis of calm, the house is well equipped and easy to live in. The situation is a short walk to the beach, and local shops.

Since this is our sixth year we didn't need to use the website to select the property.

This was our fourth visit to Quiet Corner Cottage and each time we enter we are wowed by it all over again. The owners should be very proud as it is so beautifully presented, including the garden and has all the equipment and little extras anyone could possibly want. We have given the details to so many people over the years as in our opinion it is the finest self catering holiday home we have ever experienced (and being in our 70s we have stayed in quite a few in our lifetimes). We hope to be able to return again.

Like home from home in different locality. Even fresh milk in the fridge. This company has thought of everything.

We would certainly recommend the cottage. It has everything you could possibly need to make your holiday a happy experience. The garden was so relaxing to sit in after a busy day coping with all the traffic and roadworks on the Island.

We had a fantastic stay at quiet cottage. The cottage itself is small but perfectly formed. The garden is big and secure with plenty of room for our retriever to run around as well as our two children. It’s location was brilliant tucked away making it very quiet but within easy reach of lots of the main attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Difficult access down unmade road running with rainwater. No car turning space by cottage and impossible to reverse up narrow access track after dark. On arrival cottage cold and bedding etc cold/damp at 10 degrees. Engineer repressurised boiler after 1 1/2 hours. Agent should have checked cottage before our arrival.

Great location. Comfortable, spotlessly clean. Dogs loved the garden.

We've enjoyed our four stays at Quiet Corner and its safe secure garden that meets our requirements when visiting the Isle of Wight, so we've booked next year's visit.

The cottage was perfect for us & our little dog Daisy. Thoroughly enjoyed the week & visited many places on the island. We have so much more to see, so we will definitely return. The garden and Conservatory was perfect to sit and relax.

The Quiet cottage was delightful and much nicer than it looked in the photos, we were very happy with all aspects of the cottage from the decoration, equipment, comfort, garden, bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved our stay at this lovely cottage in a very good location. Loved this cottage would highly recommend especially as we could take two dogs and the enclosed garden was excellent for this.

First time we have taken our dog on holiday and were not disappointed .Spotlessly clean ,no trace of previous dogs ,lovely safe garden, our Bichon thought she had her own park ! Very well equipped , and thoughtful welcome pack including milk bread wine and even a doggy treat .would highly recommend .

Great value for money !!!

Long time since we have stayed at a Classic Cottage nice to see your standards are just as high. This is without doubt a wonderfully fitted out accommodation you need bring nothing except Food & Drink, the rear conservatory was South/West facing giving us glorious Sunshine first thing in the morning to late afternoon, the very large well contained grass lawn was perfect for our two dogs . We can thoroughly recommend this Cottage you will not be disappointed, the quality of the rooms is first rate and more importantly the mattresses on all the beds were of a good quality making for a good nights sleep.

Lovely relaxing dog friendly cottage with a good garden and facilities. Welcome gifts when you arrive, even for your furry four legged friend if you take them. Ideal location for beaches and walks. Plenty of restaurants, shops and other places to visit. Amazing night sky for stargazing when it is clear as there is no light pollution. Very quiet and not overlooked by neighbors. Parking outside the door. Great place for both families and couples and we would recommend it.

This is a lovely secluded quiet cottage. It is pet friendly and has great facilities. It is located with excellent access to the beach and other attractions as well as local amenities and shops. It is easy to relax and unwind any time of the year.

I would strong recommend a stay as very enjoyable and within easy reach of everywhere.
