A wonderfully modern property, beautifully furnished and housed in an American-style cladded exterior, Pitt Corner is a roomy retreat, with plenty of space for the family to spread out. This is an exceptional holiday destination whatever the season, with a toasty wood-burner keeping you warm in winter and a large, decked terrace providing the perfect place to enjoy wistful summer evenings with your loved ones.

From the moment you walk in you'll relax, with plush furnishings and bespoke decor that'll have you feeling right at home. The gorgeous sitting-room provides a homely and comfortable room to unwind after a long day out exploring. Snuggle up on the grand sofa to watch a spot of TV, enjoy the PlayStation games console or relax to one of the many DVDs provided.

A second living-room can also be found downstairs, with indulgent wood-burning stove keeping you nice and warm on the colder days while bi-fold patio doors lead right out to the garden for those warm summer afternoons.

Down the hall, sits the stylish kitchen with island and breakfast-bar. Here you will find everything you'll need to prepare your favourite meals which can be enjoyed atop the charming circular dining-table, perfect for sociable family meals. A handy utility space and cloakroom make up the ground floor, providing the ideal spot to store your muddy boots and wetsuits.

Upstairs you'll discover four delightful bedrooms. Bedroom one is home to a gorgeous super-king double bed with lovely views over the peaceful garden. You'll also find a beautifully finished en suite, where you can enjoy a refreshing shower after a great night's sleep. Down the hall, bedroom two houses a king-size bed and is kept light and airy by the charming windows dotted around the room here too you'll also find another fabulous en suite.

Bedroom three has twin beds providing a comfortable night's sleep. Bedroom four has twin bunk-beds to sleep four, ideal for little ones to rest their weary heads after a day of adventures. A fantastic family bathroom makes up the first floor with an inviting bathtub and modern shower.

If you choose this property you will feel like you have won the lottery. Plenty of space both inside and out, with a separate building that has full a size table tennis table, bats and balls. The outside seating area is stunning. The grounds were well maintained throughout our stay for two weeks. Inside the property, it is decorated to a very high standard with top quality furnishing and fittings. It also has Sky Glass Tv with so many channels to choose from. The kitchen is very well equipped for every need possible. The two main bedrooms are both large with comfortable beds and lovely bed linen and both had en-suites too. One of the best rental properties we have stayed in, we had an amazing holiday at Pitt Corner, thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pitt Corner. The location is very convenient for the shops and walking to the beach. The house was nice, clean and spacious and we were delighted on arrival to find two Christmas trees decorated and some welcome gifts! The beds were comfortable and enough towels were provided. Aside from some minor issues like the microwave being too small to fit the dinner plates (which we had a good laugh about) we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a fabulous week at Pitt Corner. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach, harbour and village. The spacious house is furnished to a high standard, with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and lovely safe garden for children including a BBQ.

The location of Pitt Corner is perfect for a beach holiday in a beautiful, quiet, seaside village. The grounds of the house are ideal for a young family with plenty of safe space to play and an amazing eating out area. The house is well designed, incredibly spacious and fantastically equipped with everything needed for a week away. We enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. We hope to return soon.

We love Pitt Corner. Second stay at this property. Upgraded beds are so comfy. Loads of towels provided. Wi-Fi is great. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Very short walk to beach or shops and restaurants. Several great options for food up in the village.

Excellent property, spotlessly clean, very well equipped in a super location which was quiet, with trees around the back. We even watched a rare red squirrel for a while! There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children so had to compromise on beds a little i.e 2 adults in bunk beds in the same room as their children. Very spacious property and really well laid out. We’d very much recommend it. Lots to see and do in the area e.g Bembridge beaches, Wildheart Animal Sanctuary and the super Butterfly World , Wootton.
