Orchard House

We had a lovely stay in Orchard House this Christmas. With young children and extended family the house suited all of us. Location was amazing with everything we needed accessible on foot. The children were excited to find a lovely Christmas tree.

Beautiful house in a great location. Space to park outside. Lots of room for all the family, we had 8 stay and we weren't under each others feet at all. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the beds are very comfy.

Good sized family home, well equipped with beautiful garden area. Some areas need a bit of TLC. Good position for accessing local shops which offer fresh produce and bakery goods. And close to take away options if needed. Enjoyable stay.

A delightful property in excellent condition well situated in Bembridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying at Orchard House and it was lovely as ever. In a perfect location, conveniently located for local shops and a short stroll down to the beautiful beach at Bembridge. The property is spacious, with plenty of living space and the open plan kitchen/dining room was perfect for our large family group. The children were spoilt for choice in terms of games equipment both inside and outside and the property is very well-equipped overall in terms of facilities, cooking equipment and a barbeque.

So good that we are immediately booking again for next year!

The house is large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The garden is lovely, the living room opens up into the garden. Fantastic in the summer. The house was fully equipped everything you could need. The shops, pubs and fish and chip shop was minutes away. Bembridge is is a lovely place to stay not far from the other towns. We come to the Isle of Wight every Easter, this is are favourite place to stay and would love to return next year.

Lovely location with beautiful beach and walks nearby. Good shops in the village. The house is large, feels private and has a dog/ children secure garden. The garden is mature and attractive with fruit trees. Some updating needed which would really make the house more comfortable.

A lovely house in a fantastic location for both the village and further afield . The garden is even more amazing than the pictures and loved by humans and our miniature poodle. ( we couldn’t find any holes in the perimeter fence but one morning a local dog appeared on the lawn and must have got in through a gap.) We found the house to be well equipped and comfortable are only real complaint was very soft pillows and thick duvets but we solved that easily buying top sheets and pillows. The village can supply most needs, fantastic bakers , vegetable shop and well stocked Co-op. Tesco will deliver any other needs. We booked the cottage at the last minute but are eager to return next year as we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a really lovely week at Orchard House in October. The house had everything we needed and it was a great location. The perfect base to explore the island. Thank you!

We love this house! Beautiful house and garden, good value, brilliantly well-equipped, super-clean, excellent location.

Orchard House is our house of choice on the Island. We Have stayed a number of times and doubtless will stay again. It is a property of warmth and comfort where relaxation comes easy.

This is a fantastic house, so much space and lots of games, toys and books. The garden is great size for dogs and children and just a stone's throw from the village. Definite hidden gem.

This is a lovely family home with plenty of room to either socialise together or have some private space if needed. Really well equipped kitchen and dining area, where we spent lots of time. The children had all their toys in one family room and the adults had space in the other. Local facilities are brilliant and really no need to leave the village if you don’t want to drive anywhere. We would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Orchard House. The property is very large and perfect for a large group. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is perfect. Highly recommended. We also loved the bakery nearby!

We had a wonderful stay with our family in this spacious house. It had a very homely feel and was very well equipped even with games for the children. The garden was lovely and safe for the grandchildren and dog. It is in an ideal location with very good shops in Bembridge with an exceptional fishmonger and bakery and an easy walk to the beach. A super place for a lovely holiday.

Lovely week in a comfortable home, fabulous location, really central for shops and beach walks. Great family home to enjoy a week of relaxation or lots of walking. Great evening walks to the beach to see the sun set, just a 10 minute stroll.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. We all loved particularly the great kitchen. The garden was beautiful too. The house had a great location in Bembridge village cost shops pubs and cafes. And lovely walk to the beach. Thank you for relaxing holiday .

The house was fantastic with plenty of space for two families. The bedrooms were great sizes, lots of living space and a wonderful garden. It was well equipped with everything we needed, easy access to very good local shops and a good choice of beaches nearby.

We ranged in age from 2 years old to 75 years old and enjoyed the Bembridge local area (lifeboat station was fun for our 5 year old) and going further afield was easy. A lovely house, spacious and well equipped.....and the owner has good taste in paintings and paperback books!

Thank you for providing the welcome pack. For us, the house was in an ideal spot to enable us to explore the island. We felt privileged to hire this lovely house and have made more happy family memories. We hope the children will always remember our stay. Thank you to you all.

Orchard House is in a great location and is a lovely family holiday home with a safe enclosed garden, good for our grandchildren and the family dog!

This could be a fabulous property if the little details were attended to. Refill feathers in sofa cushions. A good deep clean would make such a difference. New shower head in bathroom. Perfect location, lovely garden. Dreadful bedroom cupboards need attention - you can't hang clothes in them. Warn people there is a gas boiler in one of the bedrooms. This is an honest account - not meant to put people off. We still enjoyed our stay here and would probably book again but for the money it doesn't compare to other similar sized properties on the Island.

The house is perfect for a big family or people sharing- loads of space. Bembridge is a lovely village.
