At low tide descend the steps from the promenade and follow the iconic stripy cliffs, famous for its fossils and ancient shipwreck and a great place for bird watching. Discover many shorebird species such as gulls and waders where large flocks forage for prey on the tidal mudflats as well as spotting Oystercatchers, Sandpipers, Red knots, and Godwits amongst the scattered rocks.

Approach The Garden Flat's front entrance down external steps, with convenient parking at the rear of the property. At the front you will also find a sea-facing nook perfect for watching the night skies and enjoying the coastal breeze. The entrance hall offers a warm welcome where you will be greeted by a large west-facing sitting-room, boasting a traditional Victorian fireplace with the bonus of a feature log-effect electric fire, perfect for winter escapes and cosy nights in. There are two well-proportioned bedrooms; with the principal having a double bed and en suite shower-room and the second with twin beds. The family bathroom features a bath with hand shower attachment, wash-basin and WC. An open plan kitchen, complete with all mod-cons, and dining area is a great place for enjoying a sumptuous meal with friends or for family celebrations. Accessed from the kitchen, via external steps, is the private car parking, as well as a beautiful Mediterranean-style private courtyard garden with delicate whitewashed walls, accompanied by attractive vines and shrubs making this the perfect setting to enjoy summer evenings with friends, whilst planning your next day's adventures.

Explore the dog-friendly beaches at Old Hunstanton, popular with water sports enthusiasts where kite/wind surfers and paragliders decorate the skies. Take a stroll along the sandy beach or follow the coastal path towards Holme-next-the-Sea, through the sandy dunes and against a backdrop of colourful beach huts nestled amongst the dunes. The town has plenty to offer with year-round entertainment, take a wander along the promenade to the local leisure centre with swimming pool and gymnasium or enjoy bowling at the town entertainment hub or a trip to the theatre or simply enjoy fish and chips on the sea front in front of the most spectacular sunsets.
