Nestled in the heart of the Land's End peninsula and accessed via a private driveway, this Grade II Listed 17th Century former mill house offers a rare blend of historic charm, modern luxury and unparallelled tranquility. Roskennals Mill, sleeping five lucky guests, is set within secluded leafy grounds alongside two other hidden holiday cottages, all beautifully restored by its current (on site) owners and surrounded by outstanding gardens with an abundance of natural beauty.

Stone steps lead you up to the front door of this stunning property welcoming you with rustic charm and a sense of history. The open plan design with whitewashed walls incorporate a bespoke kitchen with granite worktops, a beautiful solid oak dining-table takes pride of place and is somewhere to socialise over a hearty feast and a cosy living space with embracing sofas is the perfect place to relax. Original windows throughout allow the natural light to flood the property, whilst offering breathtaking garden views, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Carefully curated furnishings blend modern touches with the property's historic roots.

Upstairs are three immaculately maintained bedrooms, the first, a king-size with luxury linens, the second a delightful twin and last but by no means least, the third, a sweet, single retreat for a little one or that extra guest. There are two bathrooms, one featuring a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding and the second with a luxury shower.

Outside will not disappoint, the communal, lovingly maintained gardens feature native plants and an organic natural pond enclosed by woodlands and a meandering stream, this is simply a delightful space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Frequent visits from local wildlife enhances the natural charm, making this a haven for nature enthusiasts. For those guests with a pooch, they needn't miss out as dogs are embraced as part of the family and are most welcome to enjoy a stay at this splendid home too.
