Beryas Cottage
Located in the hamlet of Beryas Bridge on the main road to Land's End you will find Beryas Cottage, a very sweet retreat indeed. Sleeping four, this lovely cottage is a great choice for a romantic getaway or for a small family in search of a holiday near the sea.
Step inside to discover the lovely kitchen and dining space, with everything you might need for creating scrummy holiday feasts. Of course, with the fantastic selection of independent eateries offering fresh, local produce in this corner of the world, you may not wish to cook at all (and who could blame you)! The beautiful wooden dining-table is perhaps the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and plan the day's adventures and, next door, the sitting-room is a rather charming room; ideal for gathering round the wood-burner and spending cosy evenings unwinding. Leading off from this room is a double door which interconnects with the property next door (this is kept locked at all times). On the ground floor, you also have a rather useful shower-room, perfect for washing sandy toes and salty hair after a busy day on the west coast.
Head upstairs to discover the two beautiful bedrooms. The first is a cute double room, decorated in calming tones with lovely linens and lots of beautiful touches throughout. The second is a pretty twin room, sure to offer a peaceful night's sleep after a day by the sea. The family bathroom is quite lovely, and you can enjoy a long soak in the bathtub at the end of the day.
Outside, your private terrace is a delightful haven, and the colourful blooms in the spring and summer time make it extra special. This truly is a great place to light up the barbecue and enjoy al fresco suppers and evening drinks under the sun! There are other fabulous hideaways on site, Porth Chapel Cabin (4973) and Poldhu (4976), but please note the properties are positioned in a way so that you have plenty of privacy. Beryas Cottage's location on a main road also means that the area's stunning landmarks are within easy reach either by car or on the number 8 bus from the handy bus stop that's right on your doorstep.

A lovely cottage, a walk away from Newlyn. Highly recommandable.

Classic cottages are always fantastic value for money, and everything you would hope for your holiday
Mrs Stephens
The cottage is absolutely beautiful, so comfy and in a brilliant central location for exploring. The cottage was so welcoming with a beautiful hamper, it was exceptionally clean and smelt amazing, so fresh. Don't hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed.
Mr Bryant
This is a lovely well looked after cottage with the added bonus of easy parking and a cosy enclosed back garden with a BBQ. Very central to St Ives, Penzance, Newlyn, Hayle etc with lots of fantastic beaches to choose from. It really is a home from home, you won’t want to leave.
Miss O’Donnell
We loved our stay at this cottage, it was spotless! It was very comfortable and everything was provided that we needed. The garden was bigger than we expected and so pretty with all the plants, we enjoyed sitting out and having meals there with our dog Buttons. Such a great location, we were able to visit everywhere we wanted easily and with such short drives, we loved going to Penzance harbour which was only a few minutes away. Thank you for such a nice stay, we hope to be back!
Mrs Frith
What a lovely gem - pictures on the website don't do it justice. Very cosy and well equipped and good for car parking - we will definitely be back
Mrs Hourd
Very well equipped to a high quality and immaculately clean. Smart TV / pyrolitic oven and even wine fridge doesn't really make up for the location - right on the busy, noisy A30 sandwiched between the attached owner's house and his Land Rover garage which rolled up the metal shutters at 8am every weekday morning and then started up the Diesel engines. The description does state "in hamlet on main road" but nowhere does it state right on the main A30! It may be ok for some but for us a real disappointment. No pavement to take dog to only available field across the road for early morning ablutions!! I feel the photos on website of exterior are a bit misleading - there is a black Land Rover parked directly at the front of the window 24/7 and vans/land rovers in and out all day. Two other properties use the gate at the side too, but they are up above the noise and some way away from the road. However, owner very kindly adapted gate as our small dog escaped through the bars on the first day. And the owner provided the best welcome package we have ever had. Along with milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate there were beers, crisps and prosecco and the cottage had essentials like salt, pepper and oil - all the staples I usually take. Lovely cottage but sadly the location lets it down for us as dog owners.
Mrs Garner
Beautiful, well equipped cottage, close to Newlyn, Penzance and Lands End. Exceeded expectations with high quality fixtures and fittings. Home from home. Only regret is we didn’t book for longer. Thank you
Ms Dooley
Nice comfortable cottage and well equipped with all you would need for a stay. Also a good location for travelling around the area. Property is on the quieter stretch of the A30 towards Lands End from Penzance and when we went, in October, the traffic was not very busy so did not cause any problems.
