With captivating panoramic views over Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount, Denham is a very special holiday abode where you are just a few minutes stroll away from the delightful seaside village of Marazion and its stunning sandy beaches. Beautifully styled to make the most of the outstanding views, semi-detached Denham is the perfect place for a very special family holiday or couples looking for a memorable getaway.

From the moment you arrive at Denham you will realise you are somewhere very special. Reached via six granite steps, you will find the ground floor is home to two beautiful bedrooms giving the first floor over to open plan contemporary living at its best and maximising those views! Both bedrooms are spacious and beautifully presented with luxurious bedding for a great night's sleep. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and dual-aspect windows with views towards the Mount. A super en suite shower-room is the perfect place for a refreshing shower after a busy day. Bedroom two has a comfy double bed and lovely views towards Mount's Bay. The family bathroom completes the ground floor, with a gorgeous free-standing bath for a long soak and a rather fabulous shower.

Climb the oak stairs to the first floor where the views from every window take centre stage. Enjoy ever-changing vistas of St Michael's Mount, captivating from dawn until dusk. The kitchen area has a fabulous breakfast-bar where guests can sit and chat whilst the chef rustles up a holiday meal. The dining-table has the perfect backdrop view and is ideal for family meals or perhaps a board game or two. The sitting-area with cosy sofas has the most magnificent view of the Mount and if you can tear your eyes away from the scenery, the Smart TV will provide entertainment. The icing on the cake has to be the wonderful balcony, accessed through bi-fold doors, with glass balustrading to make the most of the superb views. From sunrise to sunset this vista will delight everyone.

Outside, Denham has ample parking and a goldfish pond, please take care with children. Whether you plan to spend your blissful holiday days meandering around the charming village of Marazion, miles of sandy beaches and of course St Michael's Mount which is virtually on the doorstep, or explore further afield, Denham makes the ideal base for your Cornish getaway.

Customer reviews

Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mrs Gaydon

We had such a relaxing break at Denham We chatted with the owners, but you also felt very private Great to be able to walk to the beach from the property, perfect for evening strolls Overall one of the best we have stayed in

Mrs Martin

We stayed in Denham for a week at the end of November/beginning of December. The property is in a perfect location, nice and quiet, with only a short stroll into the town. The property is well maintained and has ample parking space and amazing views. There were lovely treats awaiting us on arrival, including scones, jam and cream, milk, cider and flowers. The property was spotlessly clean and modern. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Mr Child

We had an absolutely fantastic stay - the accommodation was superb, very well equipped with amazing views.

Mrs Jeckells

Amazing house in the best location. Highly recommend!

Mrs Newton

An amazing venue that can’t be faulted in any way . We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning very soon.

Mrs Cooper

Amazing property, lovely location. Loved the upside down rooms to take advantage of the views over Mounts Bay from all windows and the balcony. Everything you would need at the property, including a washing machine. Lovely quirks, like the lights in the bathroom mirrors and underfloor heating (if you needed it). Welcome pack amazing not had one as good as this at CC properties. Owners next door were lovely, helpful and friendly. Nothing to not like *****

Mrs Kennard

We enjoyed a week of sunshine in a perfect location for exploring the area. Denham is so comfortable, light and airy and spacious with fantastic views to St Michael’s Mount and around the bay. Private parking in Marazion is a bonus so we were able to walk to the Mount and along the sea front to the town, as well as the marshes for birdwatching.

Mr Williams

The property is in immaculate condition and the fittings and furnishings could not be faulted. We were particularly impressed by the range and quality of the kitchen implements and crockery as we chose to cook for ourselves each evening. Access and parking are also very convenient and straightforward. The “upside-down” property design gives stunning views from the living area across Mount Bay.

Mrs Bird

There was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived.Just what was needed after a long journey! The property was lovely and clean. The views from the windows upstairs are just fabulous and we had some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped and is a joy to cook in.The main bedroom with en-suite was brilliant. The shower is very powerful which we don't usually find in a lot of Cornish holiday homes,so that was welcome. We liked the fish pond outside, too! The fish always come to see you when you're passing. The location of the property is ideal for us.A lot of the places we visit are within easy reach of Marazion and it's easy to walk into Penzance along the coastal path.We liked Denham so much that we've already put a reservation on for next year!

Mr Pearson

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at this cottage, we have nothing but positive things to say. The location is fantastic, the house is of an exceptionally high standard with everything you could possibly need. There was a lovely welcome pack awaiting us on arrival which was appreciated after a long drive, the owners live next door and are a lovely and friendly couple who dont get in your way or feel intrusive. I would highly recomend this cottage to anyone and hope to return at some point in the future.

Mrs Hosking

An amazing property in every aspect. Wonderful location for views and convenience.Exceptionally high standards in every area of the property.Would thoroughly recommend!

Mr Todd

A beautiful property with stunning views. Finished to a very high standard and very well equipped. Easy parking and a very short walk to the beach or St Michael's Mount. Will definitely visit again and recommend highly. You will not be disappointed.

Mr Renals

What is not to like? Excellent.

Mrs Lloyd

What a beautiful holiday home. Perfect location and wonderful views. The house was amazing. Finished to a very high specification. Everything you could think of or need was there. I can only reiterate what the other reviews say. The fish in the pond gave us a warm welcome when coming and going, we would always have our daily chat with them!!! Would maybe not suit the less mobile people due to the slight incline of the lane approaching the property! We cannot praise this property enough!!!

Prof McNally

Fantastic property in an excellent location with the most stunning views. Perfect holiday base in every way

Mr Tutty

Clean, warm and welcoming. We immediately felt at home. The flowers, scones and Prosecco were a lovely touch and much appreciated!

Mrs Lambeth

We loved the location of this beautiful home and never tired of the outstanding views.

Mrs Franklin

You would be hard pressed to find better accommodation and location than Denham Cottage.

Mr Trevillion

We had a lovely time here in May - the location really is excellent, not only are the views lovely it is also only a short walk to everything Marazion has to offer. Parking is also easy here. Could not think of anything that was a problem with the property and we would certainly like to come back in the future.

Mr Lawry

Denham was a lovely home for our week in Cornwall. Spotlessly clean and so well appointed with every item of equipment you could wish for. Location was perfect for walking into Marazion village or to the beach. We also visited many gardens, National Trust properties, Geevor Tin Mine and did coastal walks and took in a play at the Minack theatre. Yet we put relatively few miles on the car. In addition our friendly hosts lived next door, but we didn't need to trouble them. Their provision of fresh flowers and a bottle of Cava was the cream on the cake. Open the bottle, pour the fizz and drink in the view. Knockout.

Mr King

This is the first time using Classic Cottages. If this is the standard set, then I would definately use them again

Ms Printer

This is an immaculate property. Very modern, furnished very tastefully with everything you could possibly want. The views are amazing and we had the most enjoyable stay. We would definitely rebook and recommend to friends and family.

Ms Lambourne

Beautiful airy and spacious rooms, reverse level, with spectacular views from the upstairs living area. Well equipped and appointed with large main bathroom and good size en-suite to main bedroom. Weather was very cold and wet at times but we were plenty warm enough in the house, and spent one day watching the weather and kite surfers in the bay from our viewpoint indoors. It was an easy short walk into Marazion and we did St Michael's Mount without having to turn a wheel. Good size space on site for parking. We had a lovely few days and will return if there are any spaces available later in the year.

Miss Willsmer

The cottage was lovely an warm. Nice that it was close to the sea an lovely sea view aswell. The lady next door was lovely aswell stopped an spoke to her. The cottage was very clean will definitely be returning

Mrs Turner

This was one of our favourite properties we have stayed in. The property itself had everything we needed with a bright, airy and spacious feel but the best bit was the fantastic view of the bay and St. Michael's Mount. We found it very clean and the owner next door was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Mrs Wilmoth

Very clean and modern accommodation with friendly and helpful owners next door. The views from the large bifold doors and windows of St Michael’s Mount and Mount Bay are amazing. A nice touch was a welcoming pack of Prosecco, tea and coffee, quality crisps and Cornish biscuits. The rooms are very spacious and the bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed with good cotton bedding. We loved the efficient showers and very comfortable oval freestanding bath with good quality towels, although we personally find large bath sheets very heavy. The kitchen is well equipped and washing up liquid and hand wash are all supplied. The location was easy to find off the main road going into Marazion and had a good parking area for two cars. We really enjoyed sitting on the roomy balcony which seemed to catch the sun most of the day. We found it a very relaxing and quiet place to stay and just an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Marazion although the short lane to the house is a little steep on the way back, but we are used to walking on slopes and didn’t find it a problem.

Mr Flood

A lovely property in a superb location. We had a great time and hope to be back.

Mr Smith

Very comfortable property with stunning views.

Mr Bolton

Lovely comfortable house in superb location with amazing views. Great to be in walking distance of Marazion, its beach and hostelries. We are planning our next visit!
