Ideal location positioned very near to the beach and main shopping area in Exmouth. The accommodation backs neatly onto terraced housing with its own shared courtyard garden. It is spotlessly clean, modern and well appointed with all you could need even an air fryer! The owners kindly provide welcoming gestures to help make your stay feel special.

The property was perfect, very comfortable and well with in our expectations, a perfect location with all amenities close by. with 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town centre, what more could you ask for. we had milk, tea, coffee, cake and a bottle of prosecco to welcome us, thank you so very much for a perfect holiday stay Our little dog also had the best holiday too :) would recommended to anyone to stay here

Seashells was in an excellent location, just two minutes walk to the beach, dog friendly all year, 10 mins to dog free section of the beach, lovely park within 3 minutes, harbour and pubs, cafe etc all within 10 minutes walk, parking next to property, warm welcome from owner, cakes, wine and flowers, cottage very clean and everything we could have wishes for and more, The Globe Pub, 4 mins away has a lovely balcony overlooking the beach and sea, great food and pleasant helpful staff, so all in all we highly recommend both cottage and location.

It's a great house to stay in right near the beach and town. The home is clean and has all you need, the owners leave a lovely treat and milk for your arrival. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd stay at Seashells. It is like being home from home with the added benefit of being very close to the sea. We explored Exmouth more this time, enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Grove. The Bath House too had friendly staff where we stopped off and had a drink and coffee. This was a much needed break and we have no hesitation in recommending Seashells, we will definitely return. Thank you so much.

We went on the week ending February 17th. It was not good weather and the schools were on half term break. It was a lovely cottage and had everything you could wish for, better than the photos! The kitchen was not cluttered, it even had spices, we looked in all the cupboards. We loved the Victoria sandwich cake that was left for us. It was two minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the town. The owners must be very proud!

Very comfortable cottage good options on TV should you need it, very well presented accommodation, highly recommended.

Recommend this property for owners of beach and water loving dogs and people who enjoy boat trips as the Stuart Cruises base is just down the road. Also very convenient for popping into town centre.

This house is a fantastic place to stay. It's very clean, very well equipped the owners have thought of everything. It's 2 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the town. I will definitely try to book again.

Don’t use the car just enjoy Exmouth and the accommodation

Excellent holiday home, even better than photos. The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed without being cluttered like some we've stayed in before. The airfryer was an added bonus too. Location 2mins walk to the beach and the local gardens with a lovely cafe. The Beach pub nearby offers great food and we booked the nearby boat trip for the Jurassic coast too. A perfect stay.

We had a fabulous time staying at seashells. Probably the nicest cottage we've stayed in, and everything for our toddler had been thought of, high chair, stair gate, cot, every possible stage of potty training. Clearly owned by some really thoughtful people that want you to enjoy your stay.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at Seashells, the property was immaculate and had everything needed for a great stay. Just a very short walk from the sea, marina and town with lovely coastal walks near by. A beautiful homemade cake, Prosecco and sherry on arrival was a bonus, thank you! We will be coming back.

Seashells is an absolute gem! Great location, so easy to pop into town and close to the beach which our dog loved! The owners have taken great care to provide a real home from home with quality furnishings and facilities. Loved the homemade cake and prosecco, a really nice way to welcome guests. We have already recommended Seashells to family, being dog friendly is such a bonus.

We have stayed at Seashells before and booked another stay as soon as we returned from this one. The property is so comfortable and well-equipped and so convenient for the seafront and the town.

Such a lovely property just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the town. The property had everything that was needed including an iron and ironing board and a hose outside to rinse off the dog. Loved the cake that was left for us. Super clean and a very comfy bed.

This is the second time of staying in Seashells and the standard of the property has not deteriorated. My husband, myself and adult son have just come back from a short break at Seashells. It was absolutely delightful there. The cottage has been furnished to a very high standard, and everything you could ever need was there. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. We met the owners who were a lovely, helpful couple, and left us with a delicious home made cake, milk in the fridge and some sherry! All much appreciated. The only downside was the parking for anyone like ourselves with a reasonably large car. It was fine on this visit because the adjoining cottage, Magnolia, was unoccupied. The location was perfect - five minutes away from the beach. We would certainly recommend Seashells for either couples or a small family

Seashells is a lovely, well-furnished property, located in a residential area very close to the beach and other attractions, which are all a short walk away. The owner Jenny could not have been nicer and went out of her way to accommodate and make us feel welcome, especially our toddler - who was even provided with her own cuddly toy to look after during the stay! We had everything we needed to make our holiday easy and Jenny definitely went above and beyond to look after us, making a great holiday even better.

Seashells is a lovely, modern comfortable and well-equipped holiday property. It is in a brilliant location within 2 minutes of the seafront and less than 10 minutes walk into town.

Seashells is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped holiday home in an excellent location that is very convenient for the seafront and the town but is also quiet. We had stayed in the neighbouring Magnolia Cottage in September so we expected Seashells to be a good choice and we were not disappointed.

This house is very convenient if you are having a holiday without a car. It is a short walk from the railway station, local shops in the town centre and a cycle hire shop. There are lovely cycle routes alongside the estuary or to Budleigh Salterton. The house is also near to the marina, for trips across the River Exe and along the coast by boat.

Thoroughly recommend a stay at Seashells. Great location for the beaches in Exmouth and as a base for further days out. House is super clean, cosy and comfortable. Really enjoyed the welcome of cake and Prosecco.

Excellent cottage in a great location.

Lovely property just a few steps to the beach, and close to the town centre shops. All furnishings and equipment were top quality the owners have thought of everything.

Seashells exceeded our expectations. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need and everything was immaculate. The location was ideal, close to beach, park, town,pub and various eateries. We even received a welcome gift of cake and prosecco.Thank you. A true home from home , highly recommended.

Seashells is a great cottage for two people to stay. Decorated to a very high standard and exceptionally clean. I could not fault the property and the location in proximity to the seafront, Marina and Town Centre all within a few minutes walk. Exmouth itself is also very clean and well looked after by it's residents who if you walk through the lovely Manor Park 5 minutes from the property they are volunteering in there each day tending the lawns and gardens. I agree with other guests regarding the parking it is very tight especially if you had a larger vehicle. Someone was in our space when we arrived from the adjoining property Magnolia who said they had an arrangement to park there which I found a little strange. They did leave the following day and had no further parking issues during the week. We will certainly be staying in this lovely little house again in the future.

This was a beautiful property, sparkling clean, well equipped and with lovely thoughtful touches by the hosts. Exmouth was a great place to stay and the property was walking distance of everything (ferry, marina, beach, town, etc). Highly recommended.

This is an excellent property, very well equipped and presented. Although the parking might be a little difficult at some times, it's close to the sea, to the sea front amenities and to the town centre. Perhaps not quite big enough for families, but for couples, ideal.

Had a fabulous holiday break at this cottage. The location was superb, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, train station. We visited Exeter, Dawlish, Teignmouth - enjoyable days out; it was great to come back to such a homely cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks along the esplanade during the day and evening with our dog. A walk along the beach to Orcombe Point is a must for stunning views. We stopped on the way back at Mickeys Restaurant for some food and refreshments, staff friendly and efficient. The weather was fantastic too. Highly recommend and we'll be back. Thank you.

A little gem, best cottage we have stopped in in the last few years.

The property is immaculate and clean. It is a lovely cosy property. It was perfect for us with our small dog. The location was within walking distance of seafront and town centre. It was absolutely perfect, the pub The Grove, just round the corner from the property was perfect and very dog friendly. The town centre was a small walk away and there was a lovely small park just round the corner from the property great for walking the dog, if you fancied a change from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The decoration and furnishings are excellent,a lot of thought has been put into making it a comfortable and classy accommodation.

Well what can I say? We arrived to a lovely welcome from the owners, receiving gifts of Prosecco and cake made by the owner herself. The cake was delicious! This property is finished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and sofa and has everything you will need, even down to a hot water bottle! It’s a perfect location - 2 minutes walk from the beach, (where the dogs can go), and 5 minutes walk in to town, where you will find cafes, pubs and shops. And no hills! There’s little to be disappointed with, I would definitely stay again.

Seashells is a cosy, clean and comfortable property and so well equipped. We loved it. Decorated to high standard with lovely furnishings. It's a great location too - minutes from the seafront and short walk into town and train station.

Well equipped apartment in prominent position very close to sea front

Lovely cake left for us thank you, perfect location and lovely property furnished to a very high standard. The parking space is a bit small and rear of car has to sit on double yellow lines. Out of season this may not be an issue but in high season with traffic wardens it may not be so good. Also depends on size of car parked in adjacent Magnolia property.

Seashells exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and very cosy. In addition there were thoughtful touches that made us feel that the owners really cared about the their guests having a good experience. All this and a perfect location.

Our stay at Seashells in Exmouth was fantastic, and the property was far better than any expectations. The property had obviously recently been renovated, but the soft furnishings were absolutely beautiful and the kitchen equipment etc was just remarkable for a 'holiday home' ....... made me feel like I need to update my own home. The bottle of prosecco and a homemade cake was a very thoughful and unexpected welcome gift. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and family.

Seashells was perfect, comfortable,well equipped, beautifully decorated with lovely soft furnishings. Surprise welcoming touches of flowers,homemade cake etc. Location quiet,only one street back from Exmouth beach and seafront. Would recommend to anyone and certainly visit again!?? Seashells is a lovely, comfortable house in a perfect location only a few minutes walk from the harbour, cafes/restaurants and the seafront. The house is really well equipped - there was nothing we needed that wasn't there & some lovely extras (prosseco, chocolate cake etc) & great to have the small courtyard for evening drinks. We'd definately stay in Seashells again & highly recommend it. Exmouth was a great base for an amazing water based holiday - kayaking, SUP, boat trips + lovely walks & cycling options.

The cottage exceeded our expectations, being even better than the photographs and description suggested. Seashells was: clean, bright ,well stocked and the owners had thoughtfully made the most of it's modest size. We would definitely book again.
