Sandbanks is a fantastic property with a modern look and up to date equipment throughout. Perfect for a base to use with friends or a large family. If you come with more than one car you can park near the church. Thanks heaps for a wonderful stay ??

A very comfortable and extremely well equipped holiday home. Great to be less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and with a parking space too! We really appreciated the milk and cream cakes left in the fridge, and it was lovely to have loo roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll etc. provided. We would highly recommend Sandbanks as a great place to stay. Thank you.

Sandbanks is a large, very comfortable, clean and well looked after house. It is a lovely seaside holiday home. Despite its urban position in Exmouth, it was exceptionally well located. Everything was in walking distance. You can walk to the beach, to the marina (and get a boat trip up the estuary), to a mini supermarket just round the corner, or to M&S, to all the shops, and to the cafe and restaurant quarter. It was a pleasure to walk through Manor Gardens for shopping or eateries. There is lots of choice, with El Olivio and Saveur notable for us. Private parking round the back of the house means you don’t have to use your car. Walk to the railway station and hop on a train along the estuary to Topsham (15 mins). Climb to the Geoneedle at Orcombe Point for the view (right at the beach end and here you might want to drive). Go to Dart’s Farm for a retail and food extravaganza. Exmouth had more to offer than we expected! We had a great week.

A wonderful house in which to spend a holiday - around 120 yards from the sea, a 3 minute walk to a very decent pub (The Grove) and an easy walk into town. The house has everything you could possibly need, including private parking. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms throughout are very attractively furnished and decorated. Highly recommended!

The property was close to the beach and the shopping centre, bars and restaurants. There was a lovely park very close too. It had a a small outdoor space with chairs and a table which was nice to use on sunny days. It was a very comfortable place to stay, a home from home. It had a well equipped kitchen with a nice cake, milk, tea and coffee, plus herbs and oil etc in the kitchen. We were very pleased with it and would go back.

We spent a very enjoyable week at Sandbanks. It is furnished to a very high standard and enjoys a location very close to the beach which is perfect if you have kids. The private parking space is excellent as parking in the local street is at a premium. The property is on three floors. This was not a problem for us but may be a consideration for others. Also note that the property does have a washing machine even though this was not mentioned in the advert.

Sandbanks exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos don't do the property justice. It's very clean, very comfortable and close to the beach and all amenities. It made for a lovely vacation and we can't wait to return!

The family holiday at Sandbanks, Exmouth was enjoyable for all family members. Sandbanks had all the amenities and comforts that we all needed for a stress-free week, reliable broadband for gen-z, great atmosphere and space for all. And a super kitchen - Sunday roast was one the menu! Sandbank's location was fantastic, only a few minutes stroll from the waterfront, making for easy walks along the seafront, strolls into town and accessing local restaurants. And there was that all important designated parking space. Most appreciated too was the flexibility to book timeframes other than the default 7-or-14 day limits. We had a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning! Regards Dawn

If you are looking for quality and a relaxing stay near the beaches and Town Centre in Exmouth - you will have to go a long way to find anywhere better than Sandbanks. The owners have put their souls into the decor and it has everything you could possibly need.

This is a fantastic property, clean and well equipped. It is about a minutes walk from the beach, which can be seen from many rooms in the property. It us also located close to shops and the train station. Highly recommended!

This house is beautifully furnished in a great location near Exmouth beach. The kitchen is well equipped for a large family as is the dining area and living room. All very comfortable. Good pub nearby and fish restaurant. Local to shops also.

This is a gorgeous property. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is fabulous. Really enjoyed our break here. The welcome prosecco and cake were very much appreciated.

Beautifully furnished property with everything you need for a great holiday or short break. Just a short walk from the town centre, seafront and harbour. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic position just a few yards from the beach, town and restaurants. Lovely sunny terrace, perfect for having breakfast. The beach was dog-friendly year-round so our dogs were in their element. Plenty of space and strong wifi meant we were able to work remotely

We had a great week's stay in this lovely house that has been very nicely decorated and is very well kitted out. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, and so convenient for both the sea front and town centre. Would certainly consider booking again if visiting the area.

A fabulous week at Sandbanks. The description of the house and photos don’t do it justice. Excellent location, very short walking distance to the beach, coastal walks, harbour town centre and railway station. Local sports centre has an indoor 25m pool. Will return!!

Beautifully furnished property within walking distance of the beach. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay The welcome pack was appreciated, especially the lovely homemade cake. Reserved parking for one car at back of property.

Outstanding. Cleanliness was quite remarkable. All kitchen appliances and furnishings are brand new. Owners have made a huge effort to guarantee your satisfaction. It really has no downsides. It is located 100m from the beach and has a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the sun. A remarkable property. Thank you.
