Magnolia

Magnolia is a lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious cottage, with thoughtful touches and is very well-equipped for clients. It is in a great location close to beach, the station and amenities and has good parking. It is a good base for exploring Devon by rail and car.

Lovely cottage. Absolutely everything covered. Near to Exmouth centre and seafront. Would recommend and would definitely return if going back to Exmouth. A credit to the owners.

We had another wonderful stay at Magnolia & Seashells. The photos don't show just how big the rooms are in Magnolia. We had plenty of space and all the rooms are really well decorated and appointed. Both accommodations have everything you could need. They are in a great location and comes with parking - a must in Exmouth! We'll be back again soon!

We really loved this property - it was done to a very high standard and was extremely comfortable. The parking is a bonus and the location is perfect - a stone’s throw from the beach and 10 minute walk to town. The treats on arrival were a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week staying at Magnolia cottage. It is situated very close to the beach and the town centre, so we could walk most places. The house is superb and has everything you need for a great holiday by the sea. The owners had left a delicious cake and bottle of prosecco, which was a nice welcome touch. Exmouth has lots of family activities like a climbing wall, swimming pool, crazy golf, cinema, marina for crabbing, as well as the beautiful beach. We definitely recommend it.

Magnolia is a beautiful property, plenty of space and has been renovated and decorated to a very high standard. The location couldn't be better, 2 minutes walk from the promenade and not far to town and train station. Perfect

Fabulous stay at Magnolia over the New Year. Very clean and comfortable, great location for beach and town. A big thank you to the owners for the welcoming goodies and the Christmas decorations in the lounge was a lovely touch.

This is an excellent holiday cottage close to all amenities but also quiet and with parking provided. The house is stylish, comfortable and well equipped and is definitely one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in. We look forward to going back there again soon.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed the location of Magnolia. A very small issue was the rattling of the bathroom vent on the first floor at night due to the wind. The welcome cake and sherry was much appreciated. We would certainly reccomend this house and Classic Cottages to anybody visiting Exmouth

The property is gorgeous, very well furnished along with being spotlessly clean. The cake [baked by the owner] and prosecco were a lovely welcome treat. The beach and sea front can be reached in a couple of minutes. The walk into town took about 10 minutes, lots of cafes and an M&S food hall. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and didn't want to leave.

We’d like to thank everyone at classic cottages and also the owners of the property for making our escape from it all everything we hoped for and more. We look forward to returning and have already recommended the company and property to family and friends. Thank you all again…

We all had a lovely time, and the welcome gifts of cakes and Prosecco was a lovely touch. The walk to the beach and town were so accessible the children didn’t have far to walk. Would really recommend it.

Magnolia Cottage was wonderful, beautifully presented and the standard of cleaning was outstanding! The delicious welcome goodies were a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. The location of Magnolia is superb and we will definitely be back.

What a fabulous house, it exceeded my expectations. Nicely finished and extremely well appointed house with lots of attention to detail. Really well equipped, good quality furniture, really comfortable chairs and beds, lovely bathrooms, all the kitchen equipment you could ask for. I couldn't fault it. What really was the icing on the cake was the very generous and welcoming 'arrival' gifts, including a beautiful home made cake. A great location, less than a minute's walk from the (dog friendly) beach and really near restaurants and a wonderful fish shop. Lovely walks right from the doorstep and a short walk to the shops in town and an M & S food store. We really enjoyed Exmouth, lovely sandy beaches and great views over the estuary. The owners have excelled on this newly developed property and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

Magnolia was beautifully decorated and superbly well appointed and equipped, (down to the stunning victoria sponge cake and delicious Prosecco on arrival). It was also notable how quiet and peaceful the house was. The location could not have been better, being only 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the Marina and town center. For a family holiday, I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

This is a superb house in a superb location. The walk to the town takes 6 minutes and to the beach even quicker. Even though we didn’t end up taking our dog she would have loved the dog friendly beaches near by. We needed some additional Information on parking of which the office was quick to find out for us. I would really recommend this house for a family or group of friends.
