This beautifully styled cottage is ideal for families and friends looking for a Devonshire getaway and even your four-legged friends are very welcome.

This cottage is a treat in itself, however for the walkers and explorers of the party, you'll be in heaven. From a National Trust estate and grounds - Parke - to tracks and trails through unspoilt woodlands, the majestic Dartmoor National Park and many more nearby hotspots and attractions, a day of adventure on foot is so easy to find. However, it's not all about walking and trekking, a day on the beach is also a must! You are spoilt for choice when it comes to the glorious south Devon coast, which is only a short car journey away.

Back at the retreat, giving a nod to the creative talents of the owners, this charming cottage has been beautifully crafted to seamlessly marry traditional features with luxurious furnishings. The living-room is warm and inviting with super comfy furniture, magnificent exposed wooden beams and a beautiful fireplace which is home to the warming wood-burner to keep you cosy at any time of year. Climbing the stairs to the first and second floors, three opulent bedrooms await. Gorgeous bedroom one has a king-size double bed, perfect for a restful night. Bedroom two is a super cute single room. Venturing up to the second floor, you will find another glorious king-size bedroom, full of character and luxury. Please do be mindful of the sloping ceilings and beams in this characterful room.

Step outside and a sheltered haven awaits in the rear courtyard, complete with a fabulous hot tub. Enjoy secluded al fresco dining from dawn until dusk along with a sneaky dip in the gorgeous hot tub and perhaps try your hand at pizza making in the glorious wood-fired pizza oven (the kids will love it!), all perfect ways to relax on holiday.

If the chef fancies a night off, the charming and historic town of Bovey Tracey is just over a mile away, offering numerous eateries, friendly pubs and all the amenities you will require. However you plan to spend your Devonshire days, whether discovering the delights from the doorstep or travelling further afield, a getaway at Little Bovey Farmhouse Retreat is sure to be a delight.

The friendly owners live in the attached farmhouse and are on hand if you should need anything but will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace.

Fantastic cottage, warm, cosy and has everything you could want. Hot tub is amazing. Be aware that it is located down a very narrow lane so hope not to meet a tractor! peaceful area with nice local walks, not far from Bovey Tracey town for local shops.
