Beautifully decorated with views across St Ives, this little gem offers everything you will need for a family holiday or friends looking for a getaway, alongside your four-legged companion, as Harbour Watch is also pet friendly. Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mrs Youens

Great location, beautiful view to wake up to over the harbour. Kitchen had everything needed. Comfy downstairs living area, modern and stylish without losing comfort factor. Radiators and electric wood burner style fire warmed house through really quickly after being out for a blustery walk. Upstairs, main bedroom view was superb, was sad to leave this! 2nd bedroom, probably better for 2 smaller children due to ceiling height in places, but nicely furnished and decorated. Shower upstairs was good, towels and bedding good quality and clean.

Mr Hannan

Aspects are great as always. Our children now use aspects too

Mr Dawe

Very nice property with parking and sea views.
Probably better suited for two adults and two children but four adults is ok.

Mr Farrell

Our favourite property rental so far. We will book again next year!

Mr Vaughan

Excellent location and amazing views over St Ives harbour. Property is well equipped and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Miss Page

Absolute gem to stay here perfect location in the centre of everything would highly recommend.

Mr Knight

A perfect little house ,great location parking a bonus and would book again

Mrs Fitall

Property is very small and not big enough for 4 adults and a dog, not enough furniture to sit on and relax, one settee and one armchair. Not a lot of room in second bedroom, folding door opens on to end of one of the beds, so quite difficult to maneuver around, if someone in said bed is asleep.
Outside area is very small.
Property was very clean and probably more idealy suited for a young family or couple, with the benefit of a parking space directly outside.

Mrs Worthy

Harbour Watch is a lovely cottage with great views. We found the cottage clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with operating the radiators but, fortunately managed with the fire in the lounge as it wasn’t very cold when we were there. Admittedly we didn’t do very much cooking but there seemed to be plenty of cooking utensils etc. The downstairs shower room is quite compact. Great to have parking but it could be tricky to access when the road is busy and neighbours are all parked in their spaces, it’s a bit tight to manoeuvre with larger cars. We were happy to see a generous welcome basket at the end of a long journey. All in all a comfortable holiday cottage in a very convenient location.

Mr Palmer

Just perfect

Mrs Willey

This property is absolutely lovely and lived beyond expectation. The property was immaculate. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

Miss Fletcher

Fantastic cottage in a great location with wonderful views. I really couldn't fault it, it had everything I needed and was comfortable, clean and just what I was looking for!

Mr Taylor

Excellent location, property well equipped with plenty of storage, with parking too.

Ms Daywan

The cottage was the cleanest and best equipped we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few over the years. Couldn't fault it at all, and the customer service was excellent. I would happily recommend this company, and the cottage, to anyone (with the proviso that the cottage is quite small so best for couples).

Ms Heritage

Good location and great views but very expensive for no internet or TV!

Mrs Martin

The property is in a good location and easy to get to in the car or on foot. Lovely modern decor with touches of local furnishings. Would suit a couple or small family due to the size. Property doesn’t have wi-fi, uses a mi-fi system which is hit and miss so don’t rely on it working however most of the pubs and restaurants have it free if you need. Overall a nice stay and would rent this property again

Mrs Ziya

This property is ideally located close to Porthminster Beach and only 10 minutes from the harbour.

However, it is much smaller than the descriptions and pictures lead you to believe. The second bedroom would only be suitable for young children due to the lack of head space. There is no space around the beds. The basins in the bathroom are VERY small. I found it difficult to wash my face without splashing water everywhere.

If you can live with this, the property is beautifully decorated and there’s everything you could want in the kitchen. The parking space just outside the door is a real bonus.

Finally, if you’re bringing a dog, please note there is no green space anywhere near the property for them to toilet on. If your dog is fussy like mine, you’ll have to walk down to the beach regularly (steep flight of steps).

Mrs Marshall

Lovely stay everything you could want. Very comfortable beds best night sleep for a long team. Excellent location 6 minute walk to the beach and also the bonus of a parking space.

The outdoor space is very small, I wouldn’t really call it an outdoor space perhaps somewhere you could hang your wet suits. The second bedroom would probably accommodate 1 adult or 2 small children.

I would definitely stay here again.

Mr Dapp

Excellent location only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. Note that there are steps though otherwise it’s a long way round but the parking space is right outside which is useful. Excellently appointed and equipped. Beware that the Wi-Fi didn’t work when we were there as the MiFi unit provided wasn’t getting a strong enough signal. Overall though we were really happy with it and have rebooked for next year.

Mrs Edkins

Lovely stylish cosy house; works best for 3 adults or maybe two adults and two children. Comfortable beds, good showers and excellent location for accessing town and all beaches and coastal path for walks. Parking is a real bonus in the centre of town!
Wi-Fi very sketchy and no outside space to sit in and relax - but has got an outside shower which is handy to wash off Sandy beach days. Dog friendly property.

Mr Ward

Beautiful cottage with lovely interior, perfect location, walking distance to town and all beaches but out of the hustle and bustle.
Added bonus that the property is dog friendly!
Will defiantly be stopping again.
